wow! loved our meal! my husband and I are not nig meat eaters, so we ordered blackened catfish and loved it! sides were outrageously good. great beer selection on tap. fun night of dj trivia. we'll be back

I'm not sure how I found out about this place but driving down from Niagara Falls, Ont. To try it was a high priority & they did not disappoint.I got the 1/2 Smoked chicken with mashed potatoes & cornbread. I know the photo makes the plate look empty but that was a lot of potatoes in that bowl. The chicken was unbelievably good. The flavour from the smoke, the rub & the sauce ??? amazing.My husband got the ribs & beef brisket. I could tell just by looking at it the brisket was good. Probably the first time he's actually gotten real smoked brisket at a resturaunt.Our server was awesome too. I don't remember her name but she was great.I can't reccomend this place enough. We'll be coming back any time we're nearby.
Lovely experience at fab bobs! their patio is dog friendly, food is awesome, drinks are hella strong, prices are decent, and service is great! We didn’t particularly like the wings and the cocktails were average tasting - but maybe it’s more just a Beer kinda place. Location means it’s hard to find parking too. But hospitality is awesome and everyone is so friendly!
Our visit to Fat Bob's started off good. Made reservations and was seated promptly upon arrival. I ordered 1/2 rack of ribs with Mac n cheese and side of collard greens. First the greens were over seasoned (salty and cold). The mac n cheese was very bland. The ribs were over cooked on one side and not enough BBQ sauce... they were close to being burnt. My wife ordered the Bacon cheeseburger with onion rings.. baked bean (pork n beans) and French fries. The burger was ordered well done but it arrived where half of the burger was well done and the other half medium rare.. the fried onion rings were cold... the baked beans was not seasoned well and cold. Overall the waitress (Sarah) was very good. She was attentive and ensured we were satisfied. One thing that did not sit well was they did not have straws(regular).I gave it 2 stars becauseof the waitress. She deserves 5 stars ?
I go here all the time! Never had a problem with the people that work here, nor the food. I do like the mac and cheese that y'all have here. One suggestion about the mac and cheese is to make the bowls a little bit bigger. Other than that, I will continue to come here and continue to enjoy the service I get!
Perfect for a dinner if you like to eat well. The choices in the menu are perfect from the wings and tacos to the sandwiches. But the best part is the 4 homemade sauces they let you choose. I actually ended up buying this one.
We ate at Fat Bob's yesterday and absolutely loved the food! For an appetizer, we had the loaded nachos, they were the perfect snack. The jalapeños weren't that spicy, which was perfect for me! For dinner I had the pulled pork sandwich and my boyfriend had the pulled chicken sandwich, both with a side of mac & cheese and cornbread. Our sandwiches were warm and juicy, the m&c was cheesy, the cornbread was warm and a tad dry; overall an excellent meal with a good price! They had four types of homemade BBQ sauces to try, they were all yummy, especially the Kansas City & the Memphis! Our server wasn't the most attentive but still kind. Our only suggestions would be: faster water refills and not to sit by the kitchen, every time the doors open there's a cold breeze. Overall, we had a great experience and will defiantly be back!
Our first time eating here tonight. The smokehouse nachos were absolutely amazing. They added plenty of brisket on the nachos which was a plus for me. The BBq chicken amd collards greens were great as well. We will definitely return. Thank you.
