I had made reservations for mothers day at 5pm wasn't seated until 530 service was awful hair was in the food twice. Owner came over like a whole unprofessional mob boss yelling at a customer like a child that was lying to their daddy he got upset when interrupted and told the customer to get out and not come back we do not expect anything for free as customers we have a right to exchange the meal for something else no one expected a free meal. It is not something that just happens
Just was kicked out of Fanaras for my mom finding a long blonde hair in her food not once but twice! We told the waitress the first time it happened with our apps, and than to the hostess when my mom almost ate a long blonde hair that was found in her entree! The hostess whom is the owners daughter was very accommodating. However, When the owner came over he made it a point to yell, "I hear you have a problem" and when my mom explained to him what happened he said "did u save the" hair? Implying my mother was lying! Than he said since I can see I can't please you "I am going to comp your whole meal, but I don't ever want to see you in here again" and he said it loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear. He not only questioned my mother's integrity but also humiliated her on Mother's Day! My family frequents Fanaras but we will never go here again!!!

This is a solid choice for Italian in Buffalo. It's not pretentious and dinner was good.
banana peppers had no seasoning in them...shrimp and scallop pasta was runny and also bland. food was just overall bland.

Just ok. Hubby's veal parm was really small, I loved the sea bass. Tables wayyyy too close together.. guy was talking to couple across from us,his rear end was just about in my husband's face.. too close to the bar, very raucous
Great catering after a funeral for our family. Staff was polite and accommodating and the food was great.
