Employees have the worst attitudes. The food and coffee is ok.
Worst location ever. So rude and nasty to customers and they aways get the order wrong.
Made my coffee just right and has wonderful customer service.

Today I had the most horrible service in the drive thru window. This person with locks in his hair was and is disrespectful and extremely rude. Whatever customer service training he may have had he must of missed those days.Normally the service here is very good.If you see this person demand a different person to take your order.

I did not come to this location alone. Both of us ordered bagels with cream cheese. The cream cheese was very lightly applied and nearly not present. This could be forgiven if the supervisor was not raising her voice at the employees in front of customers. She berated at least two employees about minor issues such as forgetting to hand a receipt to a customer.
We come all the way across the border for these donuts that’s how amazing they are. This place also has really good ice coffee. I would say it’s better than Tim Hortons. My only problem is the tables are never that clean when we go. Also just a heads up the later you arrive the less choice of donuts and munchies you will have.
