First time I come here, they are overpriced, rude, and can't even properly make an iced coffee it would have been cheaper and better to go to Tim's . I won't be coming back
Disappointed after getting a dozen here. Tops has better doughnuts and Paula's is way better also. Some of what we wne t there for at the buffalo location is only about the Tonawanda location. What we did get was just ok flavor and freshness wise. The two older women at the counter were not friendly at all and had zero patience. Not going back
Always love coming here. The breakfast sandwiches are good, and they always have a good selection of donuts. Prices seem very reasonable.
Thanks to social media I saw an ad for this awesome place !s I had no Ideait was so close to my apartment. They have incredible, fresh, and unique flavored donuts at a good price compared to other places. most of all the employees were so friendly and gave great recommendations for our first time!

Best doughnuts there is. Great staff, prices are good, place is clean. I go every chance I can. Highly recommended. My opinion way better than Paula's.
I used the drive thru this morning (March 28, 2022) which is just a window on the side of the building. I ask for a Sour Cream Glazed and a Old Fashioned Glazed donut. The lady at the window simply tells me that it's called a Glazed doughnut. I responded with "As long as I've lived and breathed it's been called an Old-Fashioned Glazed". Mine you I've never been to Donut Kraze before so I don't know their lingo for their donuts. Every place is to be different, don't believe me I worked at Tim Hortons for several years, every place IS different. I wanted a cake donut not a yeast donut and I was just making it absolutely clear to the employee. Now I'm moving on my sour cream glazed donut was absolutely delicious it tasted like butter! OMG I would returned simply for that donut. My daughter enjoyed her Glazed as well. I paid over $3 for two doughnuts. Well worth it in my opinion and can't wait to go back. No hard feelings towards the employee.
Came here Easter morning for a treat while I was visiting with my mom. Amazingly fresh donuts. I don’t usually eat them ever bc all you find are frozen pre-made ones from dunkin or the like but Kraze has some amazing flavors and they are SO FRESH! Great and kind staff as well ?
The donuts here are to die for. Light, filled to the max, perfect shape and the most delectable morsels of unforgettable taste. I highly recommend a quick stop, grab and go, or sit down for a light breakfast or lunch. Where Bob, Stan. Genevieve and Polly might visit.
Horrible customer service. Went there at 11.50 AM on Thursday and the lady was so rude that we wanted to order some coffee with the donuts but decided not to. Will never be back of they don’t train their employees!
