The number system doesn't work. The old system of babysitting the employee while they make your sub as they ask what you'd like on it is necessary so you actually get your sub and get it made correctly. The employee couldn't match up the number to the sub, nor manage to put condiments ordered on my sub. Customer service is dead. I'm sorry too. No I don't want an "apology cookie." I want you to make my sub correctly. Apparently screwing up is so regular you call the cookies apology cookies. That's sad.
This place has good rolls, just about ends there. Got two subs, total was almost $30!! We both asked for extra mayo, did not get it. They skimped on the meat as well, egregiously. I'm willing to pay a premium for a great sub, this did not hit that mark sadly.

We had the Cheesesteak sub and it's was okay . Meat really didn't have any flavor... More seasonings would of made it great.
If you like subs or hoagies go to this restaurant and get one – these are delicious.
Years after being a local WNYer, returned with a Chicagoan (a city with an abundance of amazing food of all kinds) to show them DiBellas... Stuck with the God Father which is their signature and it was just as good as I remember. Bread is mind blowing, sub oil is so flavorful but not overpowering, huge portions and affordable. They agreed best sub they've had. Highly recommend!!!!
Overall an absolutely TERRIBLE experience with DiBella subs, I would never go back. They ruined a work party with their lack of care.1) we ordered 9 subs, they over give us 7. They completely leave off 2 subs.2) once the entire company sits down to eat we notice we’re missing 2 subs. we call and they offer to bring us the subs.3) the remaining two subs arrive and they are not even the right sub! I ordered a chicken finger with toppings and I get a “chicken Philly” with no toppings.What the hell DiBella Subs. You seem to have gotten over whelmed when someone orders 9 subs?? We will never be coming back. You owe it to your customers to ensure 1 the order of correct , and when you make it better by doing what’s right…. Make sure the order is correct. Messing an order up twice in one day is horrible.Never going back. Suggest no one else does either.
Went in today to pick up a few orders for me and my coworkers for 1230. Everything was ready on time and an order was missing. The manager saw I was looking for the last order and asked me if she could help. We couldn't find it. She searched the systen and saw my coworker accidentally picked 130 for pick up. They made the sub right away and got me out the door. Now that is service at its best! The food Is always fresh and consistent everytime! Thanks again :)
The bread is unparalleled. An excellent foundation for a great sub. Ingredients are hit or miss. The godfather is a hit. The steak sub was subpar, so I would not recommend that, but the godfather was legit. The chocolate chip cookies are also insanely excellent. Free refills on soda. That's as far as I have gotten, menu-wise, but I recommend.
Always a great sub here! Food is fresh and delicious, staff is always friendly. Prices may seem high, but the portion sizes are HUGE.
