Dessert Deli was such an amazing vendor to work with for our wedding. They were so flexible with us through the pandemic as we had to reschedule. Our wedding cake looked and tasted SO perfect. I was completely blown away.
We ordered a cake for a baby shower, and several guests said it was the best cake they ever had -- white cake with almond filling and buttercream frosting. It was beautiful, too. A+
Dessert Deli did an excellent job with the cake for my mother’s 70th birthday celebration. The cake was delicious and looked stunning. Employees were very helpful with ideas for designing the cake to match her St. Patrick’s Day birthday. True art that tasted amazing. Thank you Dessert Deli!
I love this place, but the owner/management has left a horrible taste in my mouth. Me and my fiancé were suppose to have a wedding cake tasting/consultation there back in March (when we scheduled it back in January) and it got canceled and no one, not even the owner tried to help us reschedule and get us in a timely fashion. Don’t get me wrong I get it things come up but the lack of business ethics to even reach out and get us in there at another time just sucked. So then we had to schedule another one ourselves on their website cause no one ever got back to us which we rebooked at the end of March and the earliest we could get in was June. Yes I’m mad that I pretty much have to wait 6 months to get a cake tasting. But then they have just cancelled my consultation for June and said they aren’t scheduling anything for the foreseeable future. Now I’m at a lost for words with the horrible customer service/management. I’ve gone there for years but this is just ridiculous.
My wedding is coming up soon, I made appointment with bakery 3 months prior to my wedding date. Very unprofessional instead of them letting me know sooner they send an email that they canceled my appointment. I do not recommend this place.
I haven't been there in years, don't remember what kept me away, but it wasn't good. Today I called to find out about cheese cake by the slice. I was told all the flavors available for that purpose. When I arrived I was told only one flavor can be cut at a time. Sooo, you only really sell one flavor at a time. No more stops at Dessert Deli for me. I told the girl I would take my business elsewhere. Cheesecake Factory here I come; many more flavors to choose from.

When we met with Dessert Deli, not only did they understand our vision, the cake they designed was even better than I could have hoped for! We received so many compliments throughout the day and it still makes me smile when I see pictures.

We got the raspberry cheesecake and I was super excited to try this place because everything looks GORGEOUS. However, when we got home, I was disappointed by the cheesecake. It had a hardened film around the outside, more than what I was expecting. The flavor was off also. Not spoiled or rotten but, like bad cheap cream cheese that got shaped into a cake. If you hadn't told me the flavor, I would've never known. Really hoping this was just a one time bad experience but, I won't be going back for a bit.
