Everything started off well we were seated waitress was friendly. While we were waiting on our breakfast to be served. A couple walks in with a dog ?. Not a seeing eye dog or special needs dog but a family dog. They were seated with no questions asked. We didn't come here to eat next to a dog. Had we known dogs were allowed in the restaurant we would of never stopped in to eat. What about people who have allergies to animals. Never again will we eat here. Just disgusting ?
Terrible Dennys, got seated and orders taken and that was the last of our waitress, never saw her again. We asked if there was a problem and if we could at least get drinks while we waited and it was as if we were speaking a different language. We got up and went across the street to Olympic and had a great meal with great service!
I was just there 7-16-22. I was told by the bus boy they are no longer seating people and that we can order to-go. I just drove 8 hours and I wanted to sit down and eat a good meal. I said no thanks and we walked out. As we walked out 3 big fellas walked in and they were seated. We pick and choose who we serve now? I will NEVER visit this Denny’s nor any other Denny’s again. They need to tell the staff to lay off the drugs. One guys sleeping at the front door. Watched him walk in the kitchen. Terrible place. I do not recommend this Dennys by the Buffalo Airport. Gross.
The restaurant was obviously short staffed, but Rico handled every single table efficiently, professionally and with a cheerful smile on his face. He demonstrated a very positive attitude and knew the menu well. He even offered to lower the shade when he noticed the sun shining in my face. The food came out in a timely manner and was exactly what we expected. Thank you Rico for your excellent service and your cheer.
First visit to Denny's on the US. Visited after dropping someone at the airport for an early flight out. We were the first customers of the day for mere minutes before it got busy. Buffalo really loves their Denny's cause when people started to come in that one waitress was hopping!I don't normally like pancakes but when they arrive with my meal I was so surprised....Mm..mmmm!?Coffee was great food was great service was great. 5⭐
We were going home to Rochester from Buffalo late at night and this Denny's was the only place open. They normally were open to 3 a m. but short staffed so only open till midnight. We got there at 11 p.m. We had to wait a little bit to be seated and for our food. But the staff was very friendly and the food was awesome! Probably the best Denny's food I've had. Had a small issue with the bill but they do take AARP & have a Veterans discount. Would love to go back!

We went to Dennys by the airport for my daughters birthday and i forgot how affordable it was. We got 3 kids meals an appetizer and my meal for 50 and that was with the suggested tip. The server was very efficient as well. Inwould definitely recommend. I only gave 4 stars because they changed their ranch and that was my favorite.
I'm a doordash driver and I had to wait 25 minutes to pick up a food order. Not busy. Employees kept giving me the runaround saying it was almost ready. Could hear employees in the back laughing and messing around, not actually working. Do not recommend. Horrible service.
We ordered salmon and sirloin. Both of them were overcooked. Ordered medium and served well-done.In adding to that, everything they serve takes too long.
