Busy Sunday but there were quite a few employees just standing around while we waited for refills and our check. We weren’t checked on other than when our food was brought. Many others sat with empty glasses, too. Would be more understanding if employees weren’t standing in groups chatting. Food was great.
Let me start by saying that the food was delicious, and we got everything that we ordered. The service wasn’t too great, and it took a while to get out order, but everyone was nice and it was served with a smile. I do recommend this restaurant, but be sure you have enough patience to wait for your food!
Usually the food is fair to alright. Kitchen times are 30 mins plus for a table of three. I've been to this Denny's location over 20 times with friends over the course of six years, and all but one time, the kitchen times have been sky high. The last six months I started tracking the times. If there were another local late night alternative, I would be visiting someplace else.Although they have high chairs, staff is not kid friendly. This is because the staff areCollege students or in their early 20's with no kids. I understand if you have no kids, but you could at least be nice to mine.I'm giving it 3 stars because the food is at least fair and not garbage and comes out at least warm and not cold. So if you don't mind the long wait, then this Denny's location would be fine to visit. Otherwise, during daylight and dinner hours, there is also an IHOP 1 -2 blocks down the street with 10 min kitchen times.
Just want to say the experience was incredible. The staff was a pleasure especially Jos and Kayla who made the experience for me and my little girls just amazing. Thank you so much.
Really nice waittress. I ordered one of the lite breakfast, scrambled eggs with spinach, fruit cup, english muffin. I will order again, so delicious. On another occasion i ordered pancakes which were light a so good.Happy customer.
Friendly staff members to take my order. The order took 25 mins but it was worth the wait. The ordered the Bourbon Bacon Burger. It was juicy and the caramelized onion made the burger a little sweet. In general it was worth it.
This Dennys used to be good. But since the pandemic the food quality has gone downhill. The staff are nice, but I'm thinking they are hiring inexperienced cooks.
Good food, but literally has NEVER gotten an order 100% correct. We order basic breakfast for 3 people, not 12. Shouldn't be that hard.
Terrible service. Waiter was inattentive, forgetful and he seemed confused.( I think he was high). Our food came out at all different times. Food quality was poor. Two booths near us got up and left before they got their orders taken or food delivered.I spoke to the manager. She said she'd talk to him. He needs more than a talking to and the manager needed to get up out of the booth and pitch in. There were very few customers in the restaurant. 4 people standing behind the counter. No excuse. Denny's has really gone down hill. Not just this site, but at many others also. What a shame.
I went to this Denny’s a couple weeks ago for a friends child’s birthday dinner. We arrived at about 4 (roughly). The server took about 20 minutes to get our beverages and when I received my glass of water it had old food all over the cup. After 40 minutes with a dirty cup- waiter nowhere to be seen- I had to go up to the hostess to ask for a new drink in a clean cup. Then after an hour an a half of waiting for the food (still haven’t seen the waiter….not sure what was going on there) waiter FINALLY came back with ONE of the five meals and the first one 100% incorrect with no toppings on it (nachos). We walked out due to lack of customer service, dirty glassware, almost two hours of waiting for food (only about 3/4 tables in restaurant in total), and with the first meal being completely wrong we couldn’t imagine how everything else would be. We felt horrible for the server because we walked but they should have attended to their customers. Also- the table before us walked out as well so it definitely wasn’t just “us.”
