Staff was good food was hot and good and everyoneade a big deal about this place on google reviews but this place was definitely good ðªð¾ðð¿ð¯ð«¡
Awesome Dave & Buster's location! Tons of games... almost twice as big as my hometown location. We went on Wednesday where games are half price and was surprised by how busy this location was. Food was great and overall we had a great experience. My only hiccup was trying to get a beer at the bar. My first stop, a barback pointed me out to a server where I wasn't even greeted or spoken to. I literally ordered a beer and payed without a word said to me. This happened not only once, but on my 2nd visit to the bar. I was just basically asked if I wanted the same thing, but seemed like I was bothering a bartender trying to leave their shift. Overall the experience was great, the bar was the only weak point of the whole experience. Facilities were clean, bathrooms were clean, games were working in overall condition; I was bit disappointed that there were no stools for a few games including my favorite Stark Trek game. Please provide stools to sit on with tables for drinks to set near the best selling/grossing games like the Star Trek game. Overall 4 out of 5!
Service was slow, games are a rip off & the workers are rude and seem like they donât want to be there. First time back here in a long time & wont ever go back again. Plus side the food was pretty goodâ¦would have been better if it was warm when it got to us.
Worst experience ever! Took family of 7 for a special occasion. Totally ruined our whole day. Drinks tasted like the machine wasnât working properly. Food was either either totally uncooked meat or burnt. Fish and chips were all batter and no fish. The absolute worst was that food was served with fruit flys/pantry moths crawling on it or swarming in the air around our table, which was coming from our plates. I paid a $400 bill to waitress as she was so apologetic and sincere that I felt so bad for her. She said manager would be over asap to discuss and HE/SHE never showed after waiting a additional 20 minutes for them. I will be contacting the GM/corporate office/ health dept as this was beyond comprehension. I do not expect a reply from GM/corporate , as they have got to be aware of how this restaurant is run, I believe that they simply must not care about customers. Do yourself a favor a go somewhere else.
Had a issue with knats while eating. Menu selection small. All staff excellent service.
It’s an arcade with food. Kids totally enjoyed the arcade. Food was so so…..service was disorganized.
Great food. Appetizers did take a little long, however.
We hosted my sister‘s 25th birthday here and had the best time! Since Covid has started it has been so difficult to find restaurants that provide excellent service. The Dave & Busters team really worked together as a team to provide efficient, kind, and quality service. Definitely recommend checking it out for a fun family gathering.
Went for the first time for my step daughters 21st birthday. Food was good, drinks were good. Our waitress was awesome! Food came out fast for how many people were at dinner. Only issue, it seemed like a lot of the games were out of order or only 1 person could play at a 2 player game. The bathrooms were clean, however, some of the sinks did not work and same with some of the soap dispensers and towel dispensers. The 1 stall I went into, the toilet paper holder was broken there for the TP was on the floor. Otherwise it was overall a fun time. Not sure if we would go back any time soon.
Server rushed...portions were small and dried out...prizes were hard to win as exchange was high
