Daniela serves pinsa, which is a Roman pizza made from wheat, soy and rice dough. The crust is much lighter than pizza crust, while still crisp. If we lived in Buffalo, we'd be regulars there.
I had the pasta here, the beef tenderloin, and the chocolate cake warmed up with gelato.Service was great; it is worth noting this business is a first come first served restaurant so no reservations can be made ahead of time. The food is good and fresh but dessert was my favorite. There is a limited wine menu and no cocktails unfortunately.
Had an amazing lunch here! Our hostess Amanda was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped us choose from an extensive menu! This place is a hidden gem!
For my birthday this year, I chose to go to this one of a kind Italian restaurant here in Buffalo. This was my 3rd time here and let me tell you guys something. In the span of 3 years or so and through the pandemic, the consistency of this restaurant blows my mind.I want to start off this review with that words cannot express what a truly amazing experience was from the moment we stepped in, to 2 hours after eating here that I was still thinking about the food.Their classic Pomodoro is made with such a richy and creamy like sauce that just mixes so well with the noodle. The bread balances the flavor explosion in your mouth and resets it all over again, making you want more. I felt a little bad eating such a beautifully presented dish but my stomach definitely thanked me! I’d like to add that I have a hard time finding places in Buffalo with this dish made so well, or even offered at all.Seeing as how it was my birthday, the waiter was kind enough to give us an extra large serving of tiramisu. The desert is something we see people even get to go a lot, so you definitely can’t go wrong with choosing this as your desert to end the meal. Extremely soft, creamy like texture melts in your mouth every bite.Thank you for an amazing birthday experience and I will always recommend this place!
This is a cute restaurant you can pop into with an old friend, drink wine and eat pasta. Bartenders are friendly as well as waitstaff.
Genuinely reminded me of my experiences at Michelin star restaurants. The food is incredible, the ambiance is among the best in buffalo, and the service is stellar. The pasta is some of the best I’ve ever had. I cannot wait to come back- this place is for real.
We came with a large group to celebrate an engagement. Alan was very kind & helped to fit us in. Our party included a dairy allergy & a vegan. The kitchen was super accommodating for both! The food is excellent.
We met my son and his girlfriend for a birthday celebration. It was outstanding! Every single thing that was brought to the table was outstanding… waitress waitress Amanda was pleasant and Professional while being very proficient at her job...
Given I haven’t “dined” out at many places for lunch in Buffalo due to my clinical duties, this has to be one of my favorites. Trendy/chic interior and I like their spin on classic pasta dishes. Would be a Buffalo hit if it wasn’t in a random location. Tomato soup was great
I am consistently transported when I eat at Daniela. The food is on another level. Superb. Stellar. Fantastique. Everything I have tried has been full of thoughtful, interesting, complex, robust flavor. Absolutely a divine dining experience. You must go.
