I was there for a dinner/meeting. Our servers were wonderful and our food was good. Two things I was disappointed with--the "dinner rolls" were basically hamburger rolls and the desserts were already on the tables (uncovered) before we even got there. It's possible (?) these were because of staffing issues and supply issues now prevalent all over. I know everyone is trying their hardest to meet the needs of their customers.
Jen and Barb were amazing, we recently had our wedding reception at the Creekside, everything was perfect great food great service, our guests called us the next day and commented it was the best wedding ever, thank you Jen,Barb and you're amazing staff. We would give you more stars if we could, and recommend your venue to everyone we know!
Had my daughter-in-law's baby shower here. It was absolutely beautiful. If I could give more stars, Creekside would receive them. Everything from the staff(Brandy & Abby), the food, the hall, down to the smallest detail was amazing. I would highly recommend the Creekside Banquet to host whatever type of event you are planning. Thank you for making this day so memorable!!
Attended a funeral breakfast and was impressed. The Creekside people really made a good impression. They were very attentive and made sure that drinks were refilled and dishes were never empty. The food was very , very good. Well worthwhile for functions.
There is just so much I can talk about regarding how well our Wedding was in Nov' 2021. The staff were super pleasant. The venue was exactly what we wanted and needed. Jenn was a top-notch host.Venue: 5 starsAs the groom, I had several hours with my groomsmen before the wedding even started. I had the opportunity to talk and mingle with the other folks coming and going throughout the venue. The Venue has 4 different rooms each fitting a different amount of people. We picked the one with the dance floor. The room was certainly well lit enough for the guests, dinner and dancing.Food: 5 StarsWe ordered the Chicken Marsala and the Sliced Roast Sirloin. If I could give Creekside 10 stars for the food, I would. The entire night, I heard nothing but complements about how GOOD for the food was. Kudos the Chefs at Creekside!Communication: 4 StarsJenn the owner is severely over-worked with bookings, questions, calls, and details. I always remember the phrase "If you want something done right, do it yourself." That is the case for Jenn.I give communication 4 stars, because months prior to our wedding, Jenn was impossible to reach. Once the wedding came around, We were Her top priority, which I whole-heartily understand, We were next on her schedule for hosting.One other thing regarding the communication that I feel was my miscommunication. The Venue does ALL the decorating. You supply the decorations, they see what look you're after, and they decorate. I didn't fully understand that, It was my impression, that the wedding party did the decorating. I wish I knew that better before our wedding day.
I have attended many events at the Creekside from conferences, to work events, showers, weddings, and funeral breakfasts. Jen and her team always do an amazing job, ensuring outstanding service. They offer many options for entrees and the food is always delicious. The Creekside is truly a beautiful place to host an event. I highly recommend Jen and her team!
I had my husband’s funeral breakfast at Creekside today and it was outstanding. The room was gorgeous and the food and service were outstanding. Jennifer took care of me like I was a family member. My guests raved about the food. I would highly recommend Creekside for your event.
The Creekside Banquet Hall hosted a funeral lunch for my family of 150. The hall is dated in style but was able to easily distance 150 of us with room to spare for additional tables if needed. The food was able to be served buffet style or served to us, we chose buffet style and had a multitude of options, their roasted potatoes were excellent, and I highly recommend them. Bar service was friendly and helpful. Price wise you pay for what you get. Overall I would consider hosting another event here in the future, if they modernized the decor they would be highly successful moving forward.
We had a funeral luncheon here our father. Jennifer was wonderful. She was very accommodating, the food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our guests raved how good the food was. Jen put our Mom at ease during the planning at this difficult time. She was truly a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Creekside Banquet Facility.
Beautiful facility!!! Attended a wedding here. The room was beautiful. The staff was amazing and the food was good. The room we where in let out to the back patio with lights and a gazebo.
