Visited once in August 2021. BEST ICE CREAM PLACE EVER IN WNY! The Vanilla Milkshake from here is a real milkshake and not like McDonald’s, I loved it here! Cookies And Cream really deserves more hype and 5 stars! BEST PLACE IN WNY! Thanks for caring for your customers and having nice employees. I WILL visit again. That is why I rated 5 stars to this establishment
ordered on door dash. 2 77's a caramel sundae and a milkshake. everything but the milkshaje was out of stock and instead of contacting me to explain anything or actually get input about replacement product 2 77s turned into hard ice cream. and a caramel sundae became a tub of chocolate.
I've walked past this place a hundred times and finally decided to stop in, if I'd have known how good it was I'd have stopped sooner. When you walk in you gets hit with the smell of baking cookies. The prices are fair for the quality of the products they offer. I had a cookie sundae which was awesome! They have a nice variety of ice cream flavors to choose from.

Drove to the location that stated open and got there and the employee said it opened at 3 yet the sign on the door indicated 2p-9p?!?! Pls update the website- at this point gas is more expensive than your ice cream + time.

came in for an evening cookie last night. such a cute place, fantastic food and a really sweet atmosphere. will absolutely be back!!
went on a whim with a friend to check out this place and I was not disappointed. They have quite a few types of cookies with a couple of interesting options and a fun variety of ice cream flavors to mix those cookies with. I have a s’more‘s cookie with moose tracks ice cream, but they had lots of “blizzard “-type dessert as well along with sundaes.
Excellent custard. Very clean place. Nice atmosphere. Several places to relax and enjoy your ice cream.
Cute little ice cream shop with a variety of sweet treats to choose from. I didn't give 5 stars because they were out of alot of flavors on the evening ( Sunday) we were there.
