Beer and cocktail selection is great, beers especially. The can and tap list is huge. They're big on IPA and sours. Service was great and as attentive as we needed them to be. Food was just ok. Solid spot for a date or happy hour.

The bar tender , Tinita was amazing! Super helpful and such a sweet heart offering a tasting of beer and our first round of beers at no cost!! Highly recommend her at colter bay !!

My Partner and I came in and Ordered drinks and then said we had friends coming and we were going to sit outside and order food when they Arrived! A Waitress NEVER CAME OUT to take “Our” order but Several Other tables. I figured it was Busy and short Staffed. I then went inside to Place the food Order and There R 4! Colter Bay Employees standing Out on the Patio Area (Next to “Trend Up”) and they are Smoking Cigarettes & Marijuana! Buying “Stuff” from a guy Hanging Over the R
Absolutely wonderful service, and the place was so busy. Dylan the waitress was incredible and outgoing. The hostess I didn't catch her name with the pigtail buns was incredibly welcoming as well. I ordered the fish and chips it was out of this world, and the hard cider selections were all really good!!
Very interesting place with a “skiing” theme Incredible beer list with mostly New York beers and ciders. Service was great.
