Great staff great food and fun atmosphere. It may sound weird but the plastic forks are much better and sturdy. You don't feel like your food is going to break while eating. We'll be back soon.
I drove to this chipotle all the way from Fort Erie Ontario and said multiple times the food was amazing. I ordered a bowl and The portion was so large that I happened to be able to eat it for lunch the next day. The food was the best chipotle I had ever had but unfortunately like a lot of reviews have said they are extremely overwhelmed in the back, with orders, etc so I was not served right away but I did not have to wait long to be served and did not have any complaints. The workers were extremely respectful and overall I would definitely do the drive again
Staff is friendly, food is tasty as usual. i gave 3 star because of mismanagement at the store, they are cleaning the deck, at the same time when they are serving the food, they pull back the food trays and cleaning the deck, i mean it can be don after the store hours, cleaning agent can easily be dropped in side the raw food.
Their food is good when the order is correct, but the thing is the order is never correct, and I keep going there hoping upon hope that they eventually get things under control, but they never do. It's one thing if the order gets screwed up occasionally, but they manage to screw something up just about every time we go. Today my girlfriend's "salad" was literally just a container of lettuce (and they even forgot the dressing), even though I entered her order to a tee on the website which also was ridden with messages like "oops! Something went wrong!" Or "request not processed". Last time my queso spilled in the bag and they forgot the dressing. Before that they forgot the chips. There seems to be something wrong EVERY TIME. Not to mention they always flatten my girlfriend's salad by putting my cold coca cola in the bag with all the hot food, even though it doesn't take a GED to know you don't put cold drinks in a bag in direct contact with hot food. Mistakes are excusable every now and then but I cannot recall a time when the order, which is always very simple, mind you, is correct. Get it together, Chipotle!
Absolutely horrible experience. The person who was responsible for mobile orders absolutely failed. She never called out names and there was a line of 10-15 people waiting for there orders. I waited for 30 minutes as noone was distributing mobile orders. I waited in the normal line for an opportunity to ask the poor cashier who was berated by unhappy customers.Another woman next to me waited over 1 hour the night before because of similar incompetence. Absolutely embarrassing experience, will not be going to that chipotle ever again.Highly recommend driving 5 minutes to another location, it would have saved me 25 minutes.
Only went to this location because the closer location closed their mobile/pick-up ordering. Mobile orders were all behind the counter, defeating the purpose of ordering ahead of time, the line was out the door, half of their fountain drinks were not working/refilled, they had no forks, waited maybe a half an hour for my food, and one of the employees was shouting (literally screaming) for everyone waiting in line to back up because the line was “cramping their space” but I’m not sure where he expected a line of 10-15 people to go. And to top it all off they forgot part of my order. Never returning to Chipotle again, Moe’s it is.

Eh.. I used to go here when I was at Buff State. I got out of my classes late, so I would always come in around 9 before they closed at 10. I was always greeted with a dirty look by employees who wanted to close up a good 40m before they were scheduled to. On more than one occasion, I was told that I couldn't have this item or that because they didn't want to run to the back. Also, very skimpy on the portions. Yikes.
Good luck going anytime after dinner rush. Food quality/quantity is a gamble, sometimes its great other times it's just plain bad. Also there suppose to close at 10pm, I got out of work and went there at 9:15pm and they were already closed up. What a joke establishment...
Horrible customer service. My wife asked the young black lady (didn't wear a nametag) cashing us out for chips, and queso, she rolled her eyes and sighed loudly. Piss poor attitude and service. She should be fired! Immediately. If I could give this est. A -10, I would.
