The only pizza I order from here is the Chicken Finger (Mild or Medium Chicken), with an Oil/Garlic base and mozzarella cheese. That combo is just amazing. Being I am on a diet, I choose to eat just the toppings and it still tastes amazing. I don't really care for this locations' red sauce (normal or the sweet version). But if you are looking for a healthier version of a Chicken Finger pizza, look no further than Carbone's. I tend to order them via DoorDash and have had no issues so far, thank you.
I've given this place multiple chances because I live so close. Pizza is occasionally passable, but good luck getting it. The service is abysmal. Always multiple customers waiting, and they're given wait times that are completely false. I was once told a pizza was ready so I showed up to pick it up and ended up waiting almost 2 hours while they continually lied to me. Foolishly, I tried to order from them a few months later and a very similar situation happened, and on top of that the guy working behind the counter seemed to WANT to pick a fight. I've seen customers in physical altercations with the employees. I don't know if the owner is even aware of the disaster this place has become. And there doesn't seem to be any management at all. Not to mention the place is disgusting, I'm sure there are a multitude of health code violations that somehow get missed at inspection. Save your money and time, go literally anywhere else.
Sorriest excuse I have ever seen for a Bar-B-Q chicken pizza. They covered the crust with hot sauce and called it Bar-B-Q. If they didn't Bar-B-Q sauce they should have said so and I would have tried a different pizza. All they cared about was selling a pizza. It was so disgusting I couldn't eat it. I will NEVER buy anything from them again and I recommend that you don't either. It's a dishonest pizza shop.
Orderd a sesame seed crust white pizza with banana peppers (extra topping we were charged for) and we got a tiny pizza without any sesame seeds or peppers. We also got the medium garlic parmigiana chicken finger dinner and bread sticks. Everything was cold, looks absolutely nothing like the photos provided online. And it took almost two hours for it to be made and delivered. For the first half hour, our order wasn’t even acknowledged by any of the staff at the restaurant. We ordered from here expecting to leave great reviews about our food, since it looks so good in photos but we are completely unsatisfied and disappointed.
I live close by and used to order from here often. Their chicken fingers are delicious, especially the honey mustard dipped! Their pizza is pretty good, our favorite is the chicken finger pizza! The downfall and reason for this rating is the last 3 or 4 times I've ordered food for pick up, I ended up waiting 20+ minutes! This is after I tried both getting there on time (even a couple minutes early) and getting there a couple minutes late, just to see if either made a difference. Obviously the answer was no. No difference made. I understand they're a well liked pizza place and they get busy, but when I have my orders completely forget to get made, forgotten about while waiting, and watching others who ordered food while waiting for mine and getting theirs first, I won't be ordering from this location for a long time.
This place make quality old school pizza! Great, cheese, sauce, pepperoni, and right amount of good dough. I ate there in my 20's , loved it, went back in my 40's and it brought back memories of how good and well they make pizza. Thanks to south park location. I just had a ham sub and it was good too with nicely toasted quality sub buns!!
They were good. Quality seemed to go down like the workers don't care about customers food anymore and they're super slow now. Ordered food for deliver they said it'll be delivered in an hr and took the delivery guy 2hrs my food was cold i sent him away with the food. I live literally 5min away
January 2022. Order large and small pizza and 30 wings. Husband got there they gave our pizza away on accident. Made the pizza's and never gave us the wings. Called and lady was nasty and hung up on me. Manager was suppose to call and refund for wings. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM!! Hope you enjoyed taking our money for the wings.
I placed a pick up order for 2 subs and a single order of chicken fingers. they said 30 mins. (8:30pm) I arrive and was cashed out at 8:34pm (on my receipt) they said 5 more minutes on the fries. I waited for 20 minutes until I asked how much longer and they said give them 10 more minutes. I didn’t realize they didn’t even start my order!!! I then waited another 15 minutes or so. Just be honest with your customers. If you didn’t start an order, just say it. I would have asked for my money back and left. I don’t want to stay there an extra 30 mins to get my food.
Ordered 3 hours ahead for a sheet pizza, wings and salad to be ready for pickup at a specific time. We got there 10 minutes late and were told the pizza just came out and the wings would be done in 3 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes we were told it would be another 3 minutes. Finally received our order 1/2 hour after the original time we ordered it for. Why bother to call ahead? The pizza and wings were ok but nothing special. Needless to say we will never go back.
