Burger are not priced very well. Portion needs to be increased. But that is not the main problem service is sub par could be better. The staff (Two young boys)was very occupied watching tv instead of making the actual food.Need to hire better chefs and not kids who make your order according to them not the actual recipe. Burgers are very dry. Need to salt the fries. Chicken patty should’ve been named dough. Due to the fact that there was barely any chicken in it. If you are going to charge high prices I am expecting higher quality in food. Looks like the store owner spent all the money of looks of the place and advertising but forgot to spend it on the actual food it self. Very underwhelming experience!!!
Discovered this place by accident in August of last year. I'm glad I did because I enjoyed it the first time I had it. The menu was limited the first time I went because the place just opened up if I recall. So, I understood that. Prices were cheap the first time I went. Might come back here in the future if I'm in the city and I want something for lunch.

Went here for the 1st time today, Had a very pleasant experience. Brian was at the counter he greeted us and explained the menu In detail. Brian was awesome and I love his great customer service, the food was A1
Good place with alright food, the fries were good and the burger was ok. The bubble tea is not so good.
My family and I just ate here for the first time and we are pleasantly surprised (being new to the Hertel area).The burger (I had the "Spanish Burger") was cooked perfectly as requested. It was delicious. Would highly recommend.I had the bubble tea as well and it was as good as other establishments who specialize only in bubble tea.Very impressed and so was my family.
I ordered the salmon burger Hawaiian style and they did not put the cabbage salad. I also ordered wings with french fries and the french fries were not seasoned. They did not add any salt on my french fries. The wings needed more seasoning too. It was very bland. We only ate it because it was $35 for everything.
Got the Spanish beef and crispy chicken. Both were very delicious!! Great food at more than reasonable price..Will definitely be back
We went here for lunch. Got the burger duo and a regular burger. I added sauteed mushrooms and onions on both. It was very good, definitely worth the price. I would recommend.
One of the worst Boba experiences I have ever had the displeasure of tasting. I understand that this is a burger joint, but if Boba isn't your specialty, don't make it. The cashier themselves strongly discouraged us from ordering any of them. Their passionfruit Boba tasted like a perfume the cashier could have been wearing and the taro tasted like bland purple milk in a cup. Extremely disappointed. Do not get the Boba.
