RACIST !!!!!! Over the weekend I took my 3 young children and some siblings. We were treated very rudely. I purchased the unlimited ride pass for my children. After their ride was done and they wanted to ride again and there was NO ONE in line they asked the attendant could they go again he responded no and they needed to get off of the ride and go somewhere else. I didn’t think anything of it and just told the kids we should try something else. We then went over to the rock climbing area were the worker again was very rude and told them to move because their wrist bands didn’t cover rock climbing. I then PAID additional money for them to rock climb. We stood in line to be harnessed for over 25 minutes without any workers acknowledging us. A group of white kids then walked over and the workers immediately began harnessing them as if we weren’t waiting 25 minutes. So I said excuse me we have been waiting for over 20 minutes the worker Rudely said “Did you even pay for this” I responded yes I did had you acknowledged us you would have known that but furthermore we were here before this group so we should be allowed to go before them. He then responded “ We’ll get to you when we get to you”. So my sister (21) asked another worker were we standing in the correct line and the worker responded “did you even pay” and walked away. I then asked for a refund because at this point I clearly understood what was going on but my children ages 7 and 9 were completely confused on why they were being treated this way. The workers were very upset I asked for a refund and told me that I should go somewhere and a manager couldn’t give me a refund for another 15-20 minutes I replied “I’ll wait “ when the manager finally came over and I explained the issue there was no empathy shown instead he gave me a hard time because the worker didn’t give me a receipt for him to issue the refund. By now I was completely outraged and stated I would never support this racist establishment again and would be writing a review. The manager quickly gave me refund after that.
Service was horrible! Food even worse we will never eat here again. “ cinnamon” really you got to be kidding!!! Worst food server in a very long time!!!
Great time ..cocktails food and service were excellent..totally enjoyable experience by the river..good vibe and mix of people..will definitely be back♥️??
The view is great. My husband and I love watching the boats go by. However, the only good thing about our dinner was the french fries. The pot roast beef sandwich came without anything on it and was dry. My fish fry was overcooked. Not only that, but the waitress seemed to regret having to wait on us due to the poor food, and choices that were available.
We literally waited over an hour for the food. I ordered a shrimp ceaser salad and it was awful the salad was watery and the shrimp was partially frozen and was dumped on the top. I was so disappointed because my 8 year old could have taken 1 minute and some seasoning to put the effort. Our server was nice but I still had to pay for a Salad I didn't eat. Won't eat here again.
Ate here last night with a party of 12. Menu was very limited unless you wanted a beer, pizza or finger food (why bother listing “entrees” if there’s ONE?). Sat down to dinner at 6:30 and weren’t served any food until 8:05!!!! We had a 1 year old in our party that we ordered a side of French fries for and that wasn’t even brought out early. When food came out there were extra orders, incorrect orders etc. one member of our party didn’t receive food until about 20 minutes after everyone else got theirs. First and last time I’ll be dining here.
We took sixty 6th grade students to RiverWorks for our end-of-the-year field trip. We did 3 activities: the zip-line, silo climbing, and the ropes course. As an added bonus, we were able to play the backyard games. And we also enjoyed the lunch. From start to finish, it was an AWESOME experience. Jon and Becky were quick to set this up and their communication was outstanding. Their staff was EXTRAORDINARY. They were fun, professional, and immediately engaged with our students. The students had an experience that will be long remembered. Thank you to everyone at Buffalo RiverWorks for a truly outstanding day.
Our party of 4 arrived for our 7:30 reservation on time and we were seated immediately. We waited approximately 15 minutes before being greated by our server who apologized for the wait. We put in our drink and appetizer order. Drinks came back pretty quickly however we were given doubles without requesting them resulting in $12.50 for a gin and tonic where the tonic was flat. Our app (Buffalo hot pepper dip) arrived within 15 minutes and was pretty tasty. The server did not return until 8:15pm to take our order… The table ordered 2 burgers, a sandwich and a salad. After getting our food around 8:45pm it ended up being rather disappointing. Both burgers were over cooked. The sandwich was cold and dry. The salad seemed okay. We waited for our server to return with the check which took another 10 minutes after we were finished . Overall we were disappointed with this experience and unfortunately will not be returning. We understand the restaurant industry is struggling for staff but between the long wait times, and poor quality of the food it was not work the $160 bill..

We came to this place for lunch today and only bought drinks. I wanted the turkey sandwich they were out of turkey. Then we tried to order chicken, they were out of that also. Okay, then the bisque and to my suprise they were out of that also. Most of the menu is beef so if you don't like that well then maybe this is not the place for you. I can see being out of one thing but 3 things when your menu is small. Very disappointing and a huge waste of my time. The location and outside water area seating is the only reason I would come back for a second try.
