Old not updated friendly bar. But wait, don’t ask for separate checks because they don’t do them. WHY, because their system is to old. What an excuse. What happened to customer service. NO get their money.

soup delicious..beer was better

The food is extremely greasy. My husband ordered a fish fry and it was so bad he peeled off the battter because it was so over cooked and brown. Onion rings were drenched in grease. Very very dissatisfied with Rueben. Hardly a smattering of sauerkraut, little Swiss cheese, and Russian dressing but the most disappointing thing is it was DELI sliced corn beef. Are you kidding me? Go to Aldi’s and buy real corn beef for 2.99 a pound. Disgusting food. Sorry.

So sad how bad this place has gotten. I used to come here all the time after work for happy hour. I was so excited to catch an early lunch there earlier this month and was disgusted. There was an older man WAY over served and likely mentally disabled walking around picking fights, threatening women, threatened to kill one of the guys who asked him to walk away and what’s worse, the bar tender knew him by name! and all that was said by the staff was “calm down”. This man should’ve been arrested. I hadn’t even taken a seat yet and all of this happened, I was furious with how this WASNT being handled and the man never even approached me. Needless to say I didn’t bother sitting down. Unless this place goes under new management or ownership I’d steer clear, seems like they’re buddy’s with the local crazy’s that drink enough to keep the lights on. This atmosphere isn’t exactly Williamsville material.

It had been maybe 15 years since the last visit. Still a very good experience and the food items (Crock of French Onion Soup, and Reuben Corned Beef Sandwich [w/ Fries]) were very good, also.

Classic rock from the 60's, 70's & 80's played during our visit. The waitress was a bit short tempered and had to rush us to our order. They may have been short-staffed at the time but the place wasn't exactly overwhelmed with customers. The food was overpriced but not awful. The honey butter for the sweet potato fries had cinnamon in it which was a nice touch. The tiny amount they served with it was sad. The crispy coating on both kinds of fries was my personal favorite so, also, a nice touch. The Reubens we ordered were a bit dry but were as good as any I've had. The chili was very thick, which was awesome, but very bland, which was also sad. The French onion soup was also bland, poorly made and not worth it. It was alright for a change of venue but I don't think this place will make it into our regular rotation.

Brennan's has been my favorite restaurant for about 15 years now but sadly, there's no reason to return since they removed 4 or 5 of the best things they offered from the menu. Seriously, how do you get rid of the Wolf's Pot Roast sandwich? Now it's basically the same boring menu you can find anywhere else as this restaurant has become a glorified Applebee's. You had a good run though, I guess.

Ruben with onion rings, blue cheese and bacon Burger with sweet potato fries very good!

It's not the same place it use to be... The food and service have become mediocre at best. The menu is half the size, and a lot of the old favorites are gone. It's a shame really, as it was one of my go to places, along with it's sister restaurant Cole's.
