first and last time we order thru grub hub and when they got order never called to ask what replacements we wanted because they didn’t have any mac and cheese.. the chicken was dry and no seasoning,and half a chicken consists of a wing and small breast( size of a thigh), every disappointing even when i called no offer to fix situation!!?
First time trying the food. Huge portions of food. I had the fried chicken and it was literally half a chicken I could feed 4 people. The greens were probably the best I have ever had, and I’ve had a lot! Definitely worth trying
Place caught my eye one day rolling threw the area love the staff and food was great would love to head back and grab some southern dishes they have very pleased
Food was excellent. Staff was friendly and inviting. Took out a to go order. Was some of the best fish, collard greens and mac & cheese i' ve had in a while. 10 out of 10. Needless to say I'll be back and this will be a staple in my dinner options moving forward. You can always taste the LOVE in the food and i felt very loved. Thank you!!!
Best food I've ever had! We got the BBQ chicken and pepper steak. Everything was amazing and made with love! The staff is super friendly and inviting which made it a super enjoyable experience. If you haven't eaten here yet, do it. You won't be disappointed.
By far the tastiest ribs that I’ve eaten. Meat juicy tender falling off the bone. Also had yummy yams, large fried catfish, rice blackeyed peas & cornbread, oh my! Will definitely save room for dessert the next time!
I haven't tried their food quite yet but I will say customer service is poor here. I came in for a door dash and waited over an hour for Chicken tenders and grilled cheese. There was zero team communication between the staff. The staff was not attentive to the customers needs and didn't seem to know what was happening in their own establishment. When I asked if my order was ready the woman tending the cash register simply looked at me and walked away. I watched several people order after I came in and receive their orders in a timely fashion. This place lacks professionalism and needs to work on their customer service/team building to survive the restaurant industry.

Honestly the best take out soul food I’ve had in the Buffalo area. Everything was perfectly seasoned, meat was tender ( we got the ribs and fried chicken), vegetables tasted fresh and not not canned or frozen, Mac and cheese was a bit over cooked but still tasted great, yams where delicious, and portion sizes where good as well we had leftovers. We have found our new go to place.
The food is delicious!!! Fresh and feels like home. I had the barbecue ribs, fried chicken, Mac and cheese, collard greens, potatoes salad and yams. I wanted to try a variety of sides. It was soooo good. Oh the peach cobbler was delicious.
