I ordered a small double cheese pizza, BLT and garlic bread. The pizza was amazing! Very happy I ordered from them as I drove passed. Will definitely be back!
Food quality has really gone downhill. Outrageous prices low quality. Ham sub had no cheese and 3 super thin slices. Wings were soggy when I asked for crispy, I threw them out!! I'm not going back
Absolutely disgusting customer service.Will never order here Again Ordered a tuna sub last night and it was covered with Blue Mold, decide to go back today just to get a refund wasn't trying to cause a big scene but Employees decided that they wanted to make a scene and tell us that we didn't never ordered from here... we did like why would we come there if we didn't so stupid so get better manners. I ordered a large buffalo chicken pizza and as you can see in the picture. It's literally a cheese pizza. When I called them and politely said this pizza has no chicken. The manager said "I can give you your money back and block your number and you won't be able to do business with us." I literally said I don't mind paying for extra chicken if thats what it takes. It's like the manager was trying too hard to lose his business.
Horrible manager. My brother called him to basically say my chicken pizza don’t have chicken. And my brother was so chill about. He even told the manager I’ll pay you extra to get chicken on my chicken pizza. And what does the manager say? “I’ll give you back your money and block your number and you won’t do business with us again.” I never write reviews but this is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. So rude. I’ve been buying pizza from there for 8 years and I would never step foot in that place even if they are handing out free pizzas. Look at the “chicken pizza” that literally has no chicken lol.
We had the family get together to eat Buffalo chicken pizza. Only problem is… they forgot to add chicken on it lol. When we called to basically say we’ll pay extra to get chick on our chicken pizza lol. The manager got offensive and rudely said that “I’ll refund you your money but we will block your number and won’t let you do business with us again”. Have you heard anything so ridiculous before? So I either have to get my money back or never go back again? What happened to customer service nowadays? Would never go back again!
If you want to have a chicken pizza or decent customer service then don’t come here. Usually very good but have trouble getting them to pick up their phone lately. Great pizza if you like huge slices, I do! Great subs and wings as well. Ill always recommend them #1 in Blasdell/Lackawanna area.
My parents raised me on this place, so I am a fan for life! Their food is almost always amazing, but when it's not they go out of their way to make it up to you. Staff members are always friendly, helpful, efficient, and competent - a rare combo these days. They deserve at least $20/hr.!
never had my order wheni arrived. Have proof i called with phone records all out in. Gonna file small claims for gas time etc. Was for a group for work entertaining. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They wont have your order. They owner appears to care about cash rather thanthe customer. Third times a charm gone. My next 120 person party in May will be fro. Blasdell pizza.
