Had a great first time experience there today. Owner and staff very helpful with the nutrition aspects. My food and shake were delicious. Highly recommend!!!

We gave this place a try because they accept the Independent Health Health Extras Card and we needed to use our balance up before my employer changed plans. Didn’t expect much, wanted to support a local business and use the funds, but man was I impressed. They make healthy food taste good. Delivery was on time, everything is labeled and intelligently packaged with clear instructions and nutrition information. It was great to find the majority of their recipes on MyFitnessPal (I think Pizza Chicken is new so that was the only one I had to quick add).We’re actually impressed enough that we plan to put in future orders once in a while for busy weeks when we won’t be cooking a lot. If you’re looking for good healthy food preportioned and prepared delivered to your door, this is the place to stock up.
I never review anything but I am so happy with the quality of Balanced Body's food, ordering system and delivery services I had to leave one! Everything I've ordered so far is delicious - especially the energy bites!! I was also pleased to find everything is logged in my fitness pal food database for tracking.

great meals. very tasty & ingredients correctly listed unlike some of the competitors that are bland and stuffnot listed in them. delivery is great. I'm between houses right now and i had to call due to text said delivered, but realized it went to old address(i thought i updated but i didn't on page) couple doors down. The driver called and turned around and brought to current address. He was super friendly and nice about my mistake on address. I really love the meals. i just put in my 3rd order yesterday. can't wait
