If you have food allergies this is not the place for you. Cross contamination is huge. Sadly - as I was really looking forward to having their bagels.

Excellent place. Only reason it did not receive five stars was because the prices have been jacked up considerably in the last year. Rendering else was great!I'm not blaming them personally (not their fault), but it does take away from the overall experience.

Jayden was amazing. Took great care of me. The food was fresh. When it came time to check out, no on was on the register and Izzy gave me an attitude saying someone will be there. But she continued to stand there and pretend to be busy. Customer service was severely lacking from one employee. But Jayden stepped up!

The bagels are very fresh (we saw a guy making them in the back) and the sandwiches are very delicious. The veggie cream cheese is very flavorful also. The staff are decent and not overall friendly but not rude either. The prices are a little expensive, a family of four spent $36 on 4 sandwiches and 4 drinks.

Good location, easy to get in and out of. Service staff was friendly, bagels were delicious, and menu offerings were great too.Tried the "JayNormous" bagel sandwich. Sandwich tasted great, but tall & cumbersome to weild. Would recommend any of the meats on it (sausage, ham, bacon), but in a more managable size.

Dear Bagel Jays, Our family loves your bagels. LOVES them. It’s one of the only places where all three of my picky eater kids can get something they like. The only thing I don’t love, is the way I am left feeling after I place a drive thru order. We go through the drive thru because we have three small kids. Almost every time I come the service is tense. The drive thru employees seem stressed. Perhaps there is a drive thru metric that is not feasible that is causing this stress . When I ordered today I was told mid order that my order was complete. I asked if I could add on a bagel and was told “no” even though there were not any cars behind me in line. When I was at the window to pay, twice, employees were looking out the window to see if there were cars - there weren’t. I am happy to wait for my order because I know the food will be great, however I feel super uncomfortable every time we go. There has to be a reason why every experience I’ve had in the drive thru has been miserable.

What a letdown. Was up here from NYC and thought maybe this place would have a good bagel. Never got to find out. Waited in line for 20 mins and only 3 people were served. The service was so slow I left. Stay away!

Having grown up downstate and living the area, I must be spoiled by what I experience at my local bagel shops. I ordered a Ham Egg and Cheese with Tomato on a poppy, and while the sandwich overall was tasty enough, the prep was very off. After slicing the bagel, before anything went on, the counter person cut the bagel in half (usually the last step), then he assembled the ham, cheese and tomato, and placing it under a broiler while he microwaved an egg to scramble it. (very Einstein's Bagels of them). All the local bagel places by me hand cook their eggs. After building and wrapping, I got to my office and discovered that I have to cut the sandwich in order to cut the ham that he placed on the sandwich...this is why cutting in half is the last step. In the words of Spinal Tap's Nigel Tufnel, "an utter catastrophe." While looking at the cream cheeses and other offerings in the window while he prepped, the tuna looked OK, the cream cheese had dry areas, and the egg salad appeared watery. Going forward, will seek out other bagel places to try.

Food is not bad, service could be better as they have enough people but could work together better. Manager there seemed very personable and hands on with the customers I saw him engage with.

Man thats a good bagel.
