Quite possibly the worst bagel I have ever had. I had a “tomato pesto” bagel that barely had any flavor. It was also as hard as a rock, as if it was sitting out for days. It wasn’t even toasted. My husband had a plain bagel and asked for sausage and cheese on it. He got sausage and egg, which tasted like it has been sitting under a heat lamp at a gas station. The bagels were tiny and bad quality. Don’t go here.
Bagels are great, cream cheese is kind of eh. The drive through is slow but I always dread going in because the guy who rings you up is just not a happy person. Never pleasant and seems annoyed at everything, even the customer handing him money… The ladies making the food are super friendly! (Delaware location)
To be honest, the bagel don't taste like anything and are just dense dough. The staff were kind and professional, the product is subpar.
Love the cleanliness, organization, atmosphere, and friendly efficient staff! I could literally eat a cream cheese & nova on a cheddar jalapeño bagel everyday and be a happy camper! ??
Best breakfast, bagels shop, delicious cream cheese, I ? it. Staff is amazing and always smiling ?.I will visit again when I pass by Buffalo.Keep it up….., 5 ?
If I could give no stars I would. This business does not treat people of color with the same respect that they treat their white counterparts. It’s clear to see that they show favoritism to certain customers.
Bagels are great. Microwaved, rubbery egg is the only reason I can't give 5 stars
If you want sausage, be warned it for some reason comes inside of an egg puck. Said puck gets microwaved and thrown on an overwhelmingly mediocre bagel with two measly strips of bacon, sliced thinner than fine prosciutto. So on a sandwich that was supposed to be sausage, bacon and cheese (notice no egg), after removing the egg which has been glued to the top of the bagel with the cheese, I’m left with a bagel and two pieces of bacon that look like strips of crumpled brown construction paper. I can’t wait to be hungry again in 10 minutes.
Dear Bagel Jays, Our family loves your bagels. LOVES them. It’s one of the only places where all three of my picky eater kids can get something they like. The only thing I don’t love, is the way I am left feeling after I place a drive thru order. We go through the drive thru because we have three small kids. Almost every time I come the service is tense. The drive thru employees seem stressed. Perhaps there is a drive thru metric that is not feasible that is causing this stress . When I ordered today I was told mid order that my order was complete. I asked if I could add on a bagel and was told “no” even though there were not any cars behind me in line. When I was at the window to pay, twice, employees were looking out the window to see if there were cars - there weren’t. I am happy to wait for my order because I know the food will be great, however I feel super uncomfortable every time we go. There has to be a reason why every experience I’ve had in the drive thru has been miserable.
Went to bagel jays on delaware, got a tuna wrap , it was A+ everything was fresh and tasty. Also got a Delaware, very good, nice combo and I will be back. Friendly staff and helpful. Quality is important here. Oops no photos, I ate to quick.
