I went to Bada Bing. Had their pizza and it was delicious. The owners are great people.
After receiving no less than 5 recommendations on the walk to Bada Bing from the Hyatt We had to try it. And WOW they were all right! This place is dynamite! The Bartender was friendly and helpful and we followed her advice and made our choices. The beer was fresh and cold and the food was outstanding! The steak Sandwich was amazing and the Meatballs were juicy and the red sauce was so good I could have drank it!
In Buffalo for dance competition with 9 hungry teenagers and 3 moms and turned away from multiple chain restaurants that couldn't accommodate our party. Called ahead and walked right in, all the staff including doormen were friendly and so nice. Seated away from the bar area all together in a booth-perfect! Our server, Amanda, managed our party with 3 tickets without a hiccup and perfect service. Delicious dinners, including pizzas, pasta, and burgers. Only sad face moment was that we could not order Sunday lunch from here also! ?Will most definitely come again when we are in Buffalo.
Was able to seat us right away for a delicious pasta dinner the night before the marathon. Definitely hit the spot and just the perfect amount. However, I must say that my ultimate favorite thing was the Cone Ole's. OMG, it was ahh-mazing!!
Place was pretty noisy, the walls covered with TVs, the beer pretty expensive (but at least they had Guinness in pints and double pints), and the space kind of cramped. Still, staff were nice enough, and they did have Guinness.
I come to this place every so often while I'm in town and usually grab a sandwich, they're fine. I got the pizza this time and was let down. I fully recognize that people like pizza their own way, so this is a light plain sauce, heavy cheese, sparse toppings kind. And while their menu is littered with spinach items you can't get it on the pizza. I think I triggered the bartender just asking. It was better in the end because it would have been $4 for a tiny amount anyway.
The food was great and the cannoli dessert was phenomenal. Pretty busy for lunch hour as most places downtown are still not open. Even so we got sat relatively quick.
Great sports atmosphere, good bar food and walking distance from our hotel downtown.
We stopped in for a drink and snack before a Sabres game. We sat at the bar and were served as soon as we sat down. It was 2 for 1 happy hour which included food specials. I enjoyed a couple beers. My sister had a double mixed drink. She also ordered an Italian combo plate, with 2 meatballs in a bowl of sauce, 2 stuffed banana peppers and 2 pieces of garlic bread. We are Italian, so we know what good Italian food is supposed to taste like. We were both pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. Meatballs were large and deliciously seasoned, the peppers were slightly under cooked because they had a slight crunch, but tasted great with a slight kick. The garlic bread was big enough to dunk into the sauce. The sauce was good as well. I would definitely go there again and happily tell my friends about how good everything was! Bon appetit!
I had a great time here. It was for a friend's party. The food was wonderful. The atmosphere is really nice. A little loud and busy for my taste but I'm guessing most people would love that
