Went to this restaurant for dinner and was told that they were understaffed (only 3) working front of the house. I just want to extend a thank you to the Manager (D.J.) and the bartender/waitress (Stephine) for an amazing job. Not only taking care of me but also the several rude individuals that did not understand that there were only 3 people working in the front. If they gave a medal for patience, these 2 would have earned them.
Not a bad place. Waitstaff not the most attentive, but it was an ok experience. Good location, plenty of parking and clean.
Hey I love eating good in the neighborhood. Great experience and salty, yet tasty food. My only complaint is the waitress didn’t offer a doggie bag. I ordered 5 half priced apps and I wasn’t finished with my chicken strips when she took my plate away. I’m no Joey chestnut but I could have finished those chicken strips. I can’t believe it. If it wasn’t for my severe social anxiety I would have slapped her hand away. Over all great experience. Would do it again. Just let me finish my food!!
I mean the food is great but the employees takes for ever to assist you and serve you. And when you ask for something it takes them long. But I enjoyed the food.
Was seated quickly. Waitress was wonderful. Food was good and served in a timely manner. Was there with my mom and they had music blasting so loud it was difficult to hear a conversation.
The food has shrunk in size since I was here last. The chicken tenders have turned into chicken fries. ~Consider yourself warned.
Today service was horrible. And it's usually not like this. Waited over 45 minutes to an hour for my food. I received half of my order. Never got the rest of it. They forgot about it. Waitress never came and checked on our table. My friend who was with me her son's food was burnt and chicken over cooked and Never received our drink orders. The manager did take care of the bill so that's a plus. Hopefully the service is better next time. If it will be a next time.
Seating wait time wasn't too long. Our table wobble alot so they was able to get it steady with a bunch of napkins. Some of our food order was messed up but the waitress was quick to get it corrected. It still good for a quick dinner.
i ordered the bourban shrimp and chicken. Disappointed! Thin slice of chicken and the mashed potatoes were burnt to a black char on the plate, not good at all. however our waitress Jolene was very pleasant.
Waited over 20 min and they forgot about me. I had to ask if someone was gonna serve me. They give me attitude. To lay back to be working. The chicken was under cooked and the shrimp was over cook rubbery. I won't ever dine here a waste of time and money. I'm still hungry. Overall service is terrible
