Outstanding Mexican food and ambience. Quality and presentation is top notch; service outstanding.Zona Rosa has the best food of any Mexican restaurant of its class in the New York City area. Come here for really excellent food that can't be improved upon.
Feel free to look at my history, this is my first 1-star review. I rarely get this disappointed to publicly share my frustration with a restaurant.Zona Rosa refused to make our food for a delivery and canceled after we waited for 2 and a half hours. The made the delivery guy wait, causing him to lose money on other orders he can take. They kept asking him for the order he was waiting for but with no food provided. We really felt bad for the delivery guy and were willing to tip him extra for waiting so long for us but since the order was never made he could never show up to complete the order.if you can't handle an order when you get it, please cancel immediately instead of stringing us and the driver along. there's nothing worse than trying to make an order at 10:00 pm when all the restaurants are closed.we have gone Mesa Coyoacan (the sister restaurant) many times and will now not go there again because of such poor management.
v good and friendly service. welcoming ambience though could use some more lights for dinner. but most importantly delicious food and tasty drinks. one of the best Mexican meals we've had in a long time. definitely would come back.
I ordered through ubereats and the chicken enchiladas were awesome wish i had more of the green sauce because it was delish i also ordered a side of steak and rice with beans and my picky 3 year old loved the steak it was juicy with lots of flavor!
Food is well seasoned and high quality. Their frozen margaritas are strong and do not disappoint. Their roof is nice, but keep in mind they're on a busy street so it's a bit loud. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant.
The food was good. The drinks weren't the best. Staff was very friendly and attentive. It just wasn't my vibe. Very dull and boring.

Food and drinks were great! We got the pineapple, watermelon, guava margs and they were phenomenal. Tacos are amazing too! We sat on the upstairs roof area and the vibe was very fun and relaxing. Would definitely be back
Good food, okay prices. The staff was very courteous and attentive. Nice atmosphere.I would recommend adding some staples to the menu like quesadillas, nachos, and housemade chunky salsa. Something that most folks look for at these types of establishments, but it wasnt offered unfortunately.I would give them another try.
