Tiki Hut inspired bar with divey vibes, outdoor seating, innovative cocktails, bar hooks and a water spout for unlimited hydration.
Great spot for a casual drink, loads of outdoor seating. Drinks were reasonably priced.
If I could give less than one star I would. the drinks are terrible and the outdoor seating is filled with noisy, obnoxious drinkers. There are better bars in the area like Lunatico.
It's really cool there definitely recommend the only thing I wish the bar tend told me that their bubbly is flat like white wine. Don't get champagne there lol it's like sake.
A very tiki design bar, feel like a tropical escape.
Definitely worth a visit. Atmosphere is cool, definitely a great place to vibe, lots of seating, if you include the outdoor seats. Drinks are great and reasonably priced. No food, so it's just a bar. Definitely will visit again.
Get's busy in the summer with tons of noise that carries towards the residential buildings. I found myself in embarrassing situations where residents would tell us we're too loud and tell the manger, but they never respected their wishes and customers would talk back to the residents instead. I assume the residents were here first and the lack of respect given towards them turned me off and should turn you off too.
I went on a Saturday night. The bartenders were very rude and disorganized. I’m Black and felt like I was discriminated against when I had to wait almost half an hour to even order a drink while white patrons were being served. Whenever I tried to get the bartender’s attention, they would immediately turn their backs to me. Then I tried to change my position at the bar to speak with one of the bartenders directly and I was greeted with a massive attitude. It doesn’t make sense that they would treat Black patrons like this when the bar is located in a historically black neighborhood. Classic Racism? Seems like it. Poor service to Black patrons? Absolutely. Will never go back to this bar again and if you are Black, I wouldn’t waste your time or coins…Do better Zig Zag
Loved the vibe. Wasn't super crowded on a Sat night, we could get a seat. The drinks were tasty and the bartenders were fun.
Drinks were great and ambiance is cute. Just skip the “empanadas”. They’re more like hot pockets in drag.
