Terrible. $52 lunch for two. We were starving and still thought the food was terrible. Literally the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had in NYC. Everything tasted like they were microwaved. Potstickers in no way crispy. Can’t taste the pork. Noodles had no chew at all and were so sweet. Fried rice was frozen food prepared by microwave. Best tasting thing on the table was coke.
The pork soup dumplings and the peanut sauce noodles were tasty! I wish there were some more veggies in the noodles and a whole egg rather than a half egg, but the sauce was delicious - creamy and a little spicy!
soup dumplings were surprisingly good for being delivered; however, the short rib noodle was greasy and lacking flavor. can’t speak to value for money since it was a gift from a friend, but I probably wouldn’t return.
Great food. The D3 is so tasty. Its a quiet spot, close to Macy's downtown.
Don’t understand how this place gets 4 stars. It’s not Close to being authentic. It’s not even considered Chinese food. I am giving it one star so you won’t to waste your money if you want authentic dumplings. Those frozen dumplings you get at the supermarket taste 1000% better.
I was very surprised that they had cut off half of the seating in the store. A wood board wall has divided the space for a Chinese food takeout restaurants. You can hear people talking next door clearly.....
This place is a fantastic dim sum spot! ? Yaso Tangbao has an incredible selection of authentic dishes ?️ that includes dumplings (pork ?, chicken ?, veggie , etc.), noodles ?, and more! All the food we had was absolutely delicious ? and the prices ?️ are affordable! Service is quick and staff ?? is friendly and welcoming! I wish I came here more often!
I had some better dimsums in NY.Most of the Dimsums we ate in Yaso Tangbao were tastless and sticky.
I used to really like this place, but the quality has gone down a cliff. There was a piece of plastic in one of the chicken soup dumplings. The dumplings were weirdly doughy and left a playdough texture in my mouth.I’d rather have just boiled some frozen dumplings at home
Peanut noodles: flavor ok, but texture was terrible. Very thin and mushy noodles. Edible but disappointing.Sweet and sour ribs: Tasted stale, dry and chewy. Weird flavor. Not sour enough. Overall not good, but edible.Soup dumplings: cold, leaking, very weird flavor. Tasted old or something. Pretty terrible, not really edible.Sweet and spicy jiaozi: actually quite good, the only thing I really enjoyed. The sauce had a really nice flavor and the filling was hot and delicious.Service: I ordered pickup and the staff seemed completely disinterested in helping me, despite the place being completely empty.
