Chinese Noodles Burgers

Been to NYC 27 times and counting and I always try new places... So far this place has been my favorite for noodles, I absolutely loved the flavor and texture of the noodles, the only thing I wasn't fan of was the electric bug killer right above our table, but it only went off twice so no big deal ???

Very tasty food. The broth is great. It needs to be extra spicy for the best flavor.

Years ago, in 2012, before the son took over, I went to their original store in the now defunct Golden mall in Flushing. It was a breeze: the most authentic hand-pull noodles ever, the best meat-in-buns ( 肉夹馍). Some years after, I relocated back to this area. I am glad that they are all over the city.

As good as fast casual gets. The spicy cumin lamb noodles are as good as advertised. Chewy, fresh, broad noodles covered in beautiful spicy flavorful gravy. The pork and cabbage dumpling were bonkers. My preferred eating method is as follow. Bite small hole in dumpling. Then use spoon to scoop up the spicy, bright, vinegary liquid and pour inside the dumpling. Thank me later if you've never thought of this. The cucumber salad in my mind is also a must, served chilled, lightly spicy, refreshing, with sesame oil overtones, it cuts the richness/heaviness of the other dishes perfectly.

Really flavorful. Honestly not that spicy. Its just good.Got the n1 & f8

"Noodles with a hint of pork". This place appears to be popular. Well lit, narrow place. The kitchen and order counter is behind a glass wall. Communication is very clear and well handled through a speaker. Menu is on a large wall with each item numbered. You place the order, get a number and wait. When your number is called, you pick up your food and can eat at a decent sized self seated cafeteria to the right rear of the place and down a small flight of stairs. Or to the rear left in a narrow small "closet" where you stare at a wall. Don't eat in the closet. Go downstairs. Bathroom is clean and well maintained. I ordered N9 pork hand ripped noodles. And got long thick wide noodles. Basically 1.5" by 9" noodles. I don't know why anyone would need noodles this large. They are difficult to manage with chopsticks. With the noodles came two tiny pieces of cabbage and a sprinkle of pork bits. The pork is really just to enhance the flavor of the noodles. And the noodles tasted great. I was just hoping for pork with a side of noodles. And not just a large elaborate side of noodles.

I love this location and I love Xi'an foods. I have visited 3 locations in 2 boroughs and they are all consistent. Amazing hand pulled noodles, friendly staff and open vibe.

Self proclaimed noodle addict. 20 years as a chef specializing in asian flavors. Incredible food served super fast. These folks know exactly how its done. You can skip most places in China town and just eat here when you want delicious sechwan style hand pulled noodles, soups, and dumplings.

I love having Xi’an food in the neighborhood. The wait at this location can get up to 15 mins sometime.

Amazing dumplings! A must try and dumpling destination.
