I waited 2 hours, then, they cancelled the order and the food never came. When I called the restaurant they said it was already on the way. Never again.
Bad customer service. I ordered whole wheat pancakes through Uber Eats. They called me from here to let me know they were not available so I asked them to please cancel the order, which they said they would do. Thirty minutes later an order with plain pancakes (which I cannot eat due to dietary restrictions). They ended up being thrown out. I called them to let them know this and they said they couldn't find my order in the system.( My order shows on the Uber eats app) they refused to help or offer any compensation for THEIR mistake. So basically I threw away $25 due to their error. Good customer service would apologize and offer some sort of compensation to the customer.
