Little slow on service I know the burgers are made fresh but they always seem to be short staffed. The same person that takes your order makes the order and takes your money as well. Food is always hot though. Just be prepared to wait about 7-10mins even if there are no cars in the drive-thru
I wrote a review that showed up as being listed as a visit 2 "HAPPY Taco that was reserved 2 b 4 White Castle. It listed as White Castle, at first, n I don't know what happened or how it changed but, I reiterate, Nostalgic, there since I was a teen, disheartened that they no longer sell clam strips, (have 2 go all the way 2 Coney Island 4 them now since Nathan's at KP closed). Pray they do not close the White Castles, ppl hear me(!!) n BUY 2 keep them open. Good breakfast sandwiches if u love their burgers, have the slider with the egg n burger n the a.m., delicious.
I bought a 30 pack 1/2 cheeseburgers and hamburgers. Also I bought there mozzarella sticks. Omg it was delicious. The staff was so pleasant.
Ok, my 5 stars is because I really like White Castle. The one on Penn and Cozine isn't the worst one I've ever been to. They were fast and attentive as well.
Ordered at the drive thru and the women taking orders completely messed my order up then decides to argue with me.. very unprofessional.. I then decided to get a refund.. Never again

The staff is very attentive. The food is always fresh. Who we kidding this is white castle As usual there’s a place you go when you wanna have a nice good colon cleanse. This place is always going to be a guilty pleasure. ???
Aside from the inornary long time to wait, while they were serving the drive thru, no too bad

Came here recently and the service is horrible where I waited 30 minutes for my order on Christmas Eve . Their we're several people waiting including delivery workers such as Uber Eats and Doordash. I don't know who the plus size gentleman was but he was rude and told one of delivery workers who said he had been their waiting for a customer's order for over and hour and told him if the customer couldn't he or she should cancel and request a refund .
