Located in the Cropsey Waterfront and Caesar's Bay Shopping Center it very convenient by taking the B6 bus or driving your car. In the shopping center you can find this Wendy's before entering the mall. The mall is accessible by the D train to Bay Parkway, B6 to the mall, B82SBS, B82 bus and the X27/X28 buses. This Wendy's is amazing with amazing selections and specials. I recommend this fast food chain to anyone looking for quick bite or dinner.
The lady who serve in the window has hearing problems, I ask for something and she ordered me something else , so disappointed! I was so excited to eat what I ask for but when I got home I realized that it’s not what I ordered.
The cleanliness of a place says a lot about it's quality, over all! This Wendy's has notoriously slow lines and long waits for food! But I almost always love the quality of the food (given it's a fast food place). The salads are filling and tasty. The burgers are fresh and kids and adults enjoy them and the fries are top quality!Note for New Parents: the bathrooms are well kept, clean and have changing tables!!
This place is pretty cool the staff is always friendly however the food in general lax lax taste except for the French fries Service is fast at times late night is when they operate the best

This is a nice place to go to if you like Wendy's food. The quality of meat is very good, though addictive and very caloric. It just tastes so good. But this is a fast food place after all. But the salads are more healthy.They have the cheap meal for $5.The fries and the ketchup taste so good.You can get yourself a certain size drink and use the machine to get a wide variety of drinks like sodas and different beverages.You can eat outside too as there is seating at that place outside.
It was a great experience but it took 15 minutes wait for my food and I was starving.
TWICE today. I Ordered TWICE and both times there's an issue. First time they just forgot to put two 10 piece chicken nuggets. They forgot 2 out of 4 items in my order. Second time I reordered the chicken nuggets and one 10 piece was fine but the second one?!!! YALL EVER SMELLED OLD BURNT OIL BURNER WHEN FRYING SOMETHING?! THEY TASTED AND REEKED LIKE IT STILL IN THE BAG!! HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN???? How do y’all think it’s appropriate to serve food smelling like that. It’s RIDICULOUS.
tried to leave a review on grubhub but couldn't. they consistently forget my drinks which sucks because half the time i only order from here for their lemonade
If I could give 0 stars I would. My sandwich was dry as he'll and they made my son's order incorrectly. I wouldn't come back here even if I was dying of hunger. They made the food as if they were making it for a hog. Worst customer service and food ever!!! Don't come here ever again unless you want the incorrect order everytime.
