The food was decadently, mouthwatering delicious. I was wholly impressed with the impeccable service and packaging of the dishes. I would definitely order again and recommend friends and family to order as well.A TRUE 5 STAR EXPERIENCE!!!
Small portions and overpriced.$16 for a Shnitz & Chips plate. Got 5 thumb size pieces and some fries. You can get a full plate of chicken a few blocks away for $20.Owner was unwilling to make it right. His response "sorry, the price of chicken doubled".
Highly overpriced for what one gets. The burgers were tasteless, the fried crunchy onions were disgusting... didnt resemble nor taste like fried crunchy onions, tasted and looked more like flour coated raw onions. I asked for added facts but got 2 little pieces of .... dunno what. The portion was diet size... very messily put together, the new potato salad was cubed paper, a total disgrace for a restaurant. The price definitely did not justify. But at least I know I tried Upside and never again will I order from there.
Food wasn't horrible but it is ridiculously expensive for the amount you get.First, I had the Nashville hot chicken burger and expected a 20 dollar burger to be nice and juicy with proper flavoring. It was a thin, but moderately sized chicken dry as bone. It was drenched with sauce for flavoring, which wasn't bad but wasn't great either. Surprised the burger didn't come with ANY sides. That's insane since the burger wasn't all that big or good. I ordered the fries separately and it was soggy and lightly salted.I might have been ok with paying $15 for both the burger and the fries. However it was $28 for both. The pricing was just ridiculous. I've paid less money for nicer restaurants and better tasting food.Do NOT recommend.
NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY, the sandwich schenitzel was HORRIBLE the bread that they use was saggy,the entire sandwich looked so poorly. Nothing about there menus looked good. They used to have good schenitzel sandwich but they changed it to a cheaper bread and the chicken was so dry. I think the owner should look at the his menu and see if this is WORTH THE PRICE...
Loved the food the guy in the green hat greeted me with a smile when he gave me my order can’t say that for the fat man in the front always on his phone and doesn’t pay attention to the customers or the people picking up.
Up side is one of the best places to eat for a quick meal or to take home and enjoy at home they serve there food with pride definitely one of the best places to eat in Brooklyn they cook there food made to order and pack it quickly with care definitely recommend ??

Really good fast food. They take such care with delivery - I’ve never had a soggy burger from them.
Paid $80 for burgers that have dry patties on a stale bun that fall apart into a whole dry mess after a few bites. Fries had flavor but were soggy. Overpaid for one of the worst burgers I've ever had. Oh and the guy up front kept coughing on the bbq sauce he was placing stickers on. Would've been better off going to McDonald's. Cheaper and better burgers there.....sadly.
