service was bad today.. a lady was being rude to my little sister and I just because we changed our minds on getting the Italian ices!

My husband bought a no sugar chocolate ice from this location ( he is diabetic). The proprietor did not have enough to fill an entire cup so he charged my husband a reduced rate. The product should have been thrown away. It was chunky as it presented as having been refrozen and had almost no taste . ( we ended up throwing it out). I will never go back to that location.
Italian icesces are better at N and D pizzeria on avenue U.
They are always welcoming and want to help the customer. The ices and ice creams are first rate.
Came here with my daughter and the old old guy working there was being extremely aggressive and acting like a pedofile. Absolutely unacceptable.

Bought a Quart of ices and it was super empty literally half of the cup is empty. I used to love this place been a customer for over 10 years. but ever since COVID hit it’s been bad like this. This is my last time buying here. I feel like I got ripped off.
