The food was warm, luke warm at best, the fries left much to the imagination. It seems like the food was cooked under a heat lamp and was left over from the day before. The quality has suffered greatly. I will probably not go back unless Im in need of fried chicken in a pinch. The service was good but unfortunately Im not taking the service home Im taking the cooked food home. I would give service a higher rating no problem.

I asked a simple question and never received any feedback...sooooooAfter considering the stats, TKO's management seems to have responded to every other inquiry except mine (as of date). I have never been to TKO. Never dined there, never ordered take-out from there, nor never had it delivered to my dwelling. And now, unfortunately, I never, ever will.
Turkey burger was dry and lacks taste. Burger should be more juicy.They should have more choices that just Cole slaw..., such as potato salad, chickpeas salad, etc.
Chicken and fries are very good. Customer service is kind , facility is clean. A bit on the pricey $ide but, it seems worth it from time-to-time. Will revisit and recommend to others.

I always try to lean on the healthier side with their wraps (chicken cordon bleu wrap!), but occasionally you just have to go all in with a bushwacker sandwich and side of cheese fries. Every appetizer on the menu hits the spot and the wings... The wings are an official part of my Super Bowl party every year. Excellent prices and fantastic service!
