I’m usually not a bubble tea fan but their drinks are surprisingly good and decadent. The original is a safe bet but their pudding flavored drink is more smooth, decadent, and ice-cream like.The most unique thing has to be the option of getting a mix of large + mini bubbles! (Beware of downing this too quickly).The coffee flavor was good but I wouldn’t get it again. Certain places have a very artificial coffee taste which I didn’t find here. I’m just not a fan of the slight burnt taste nor the coffee jelly.I like that there’s a kiosk to place your order and the staff seemed cordial. Def need to try other flavors!
That person’s Servies was terrible , he literary put a whole pack of ice in my drink and I said nicely give me the manger number or email and he refused however I asked nicely to remove a small amount of the ice as it wont hurt him to do so and he was like a robot with saying no no it’s company policy , i get it I’m Manger but when it comes to customers we should always make them comfortable and I believe I didn’t ask for too much , I just asked to remove small amount of ice that’s all .Horrible experience
This place has the best black sugar boba with pearls hands down. I’ve tried so many boba drinks but this place beats them all. It’s so delicious and creamy. Never tastes watered down and isn’t too sweet. There’s 2 size pearls in the drink which makes it so fun to drink. Very clean place too. Service is quick as well. Just a heads up, you will not find parking in front of the store. It’s always so crowded on that block. I always find parking at least 2 blocks away. It’s honestly worth it. It’s so addictive. Definitely recommend it here
The signature milk tea was so bad !! It tasted like straight milk . No flavor , not sweet . I asked the worker is it sweet she said extremely . I was highly disappointed because i payed $6 for a drink i only took a sip of. The instructions was to shake at least 15 times i did that and it didn’t help. I also got the oolong tea which had a smokey weird taste to it .

Quick and easy drink cheaper and better than other bubble tea competitors. Only down side is that you can't ask for less ice.
If you want to order by cash you can walk up to the cashier but they have a machine for credit cards too. They do not accept Amex or discover. The shop is big and they have the 6 feet sign too but they do not have a place to sit. They also can’t change the milk( they use whole milk only).I went there on Friday around 6pm and I don’t really know how to use the machine, the cashier was so sweet and help me order the drinks I wanted. I order the number one as the cashier recommended and it’s so good!!!!! The best brown sugar I ever had! Will definitely go back and try different drink. Great customer service? DON’T FORGET TO SHAKE BEFORE YOU DRINK!
No sit down space, as it is a narrow place meant solely for takeout. The decor nonetheless is minimalist and you can see them making their drinks behind the counter. To help optimize your visit, they have a nifty touch screen machine that is frequently sanitized. I can order a drink in less than 5 minutes with my card and then wait for the number to appear on the call monitor to pick up my drink. A visit usually takes around 10 minutes, longer if there are more customers. It's a popular spot and a lot of kids come here after school, so be prepared to wait.I highly recommend the mochi addition. The base tea is also good. Their boba is probably some of the best boba in the area.
