Went there on a Friday evening at 5pm to find, This location is closed permanently.
I placed an order through the website and 15 minutes later I got a phone call from the restaurant telling me it would be 40 minutes late because they just started cooking the chicken. I called 40 minutes later and was told it was on its way. When I called again 1.5 hrs later, the phone was paused back and forth with someone telling me “I just got in and I don’t want to get blamed for this” then 3 people later the manager got on the phone and says “it’s too bad you need to call the site and they’ll give you a refund” when I asked why I wasn’t told this in the first call they gave me the manager responds by saying “I don’t have to explain myself to you I don’t need your money”. And then hung up. I’ve never had a more horrible service in my life and without reasoning. Such poor business practice, and now I’m not getting my money back since it was ordered through them directly. Be careful with ordering from this business they seem to lack an understanding of customer service and also want to take money without providing service.
The food was cold and tasted like they didn't add salt to it. There is a lot of room for improvement.

Used to like this place, I made an order for pick up on Friday 18, June 2021. First thing the tips were added to the overall bill without consultation and without mentioning it. Then the food was overpriced and was bland, nothing like it used to be. I ordered creviche and jalea

Ceviche was delicious !!! Def recommend. I’m Peruvian and I def can say this was some true ceviche. To those who complain about the price... what do u expect? Free food? ITS DEF WORTH THE PRICE. HELLO WE IN NEW YORK! Everything else in the menu is well priced and delicious. Will come back for sure!
