Great food and service. Nice atmosphere.
My first visit to the store was that i had to wait for 20min before anybody would actually start taking my order. Shaverma was great. After a year or so i decided to give it another chance and stopped by and asked the guy what time would they close. I was told 8pm. Okay, so i came back at 7:10 and waited for 10 minutes for someone to pay attention to me with no luck so i had to call for someone. At 7:20pm i was told that i could not get any shaverma because they already cleaned everything. It was a big wasting of my time. I do not live in Brooklyn and it was once a few months opportunity for me to get the Georgian food. My day was planned that way that it would be my last stop in Brooklyn and i had to go away. Otherwise i would just stop at some Georgian restaurant. I wish that a new great Georgian food place would open here with the best customer service.
Had a bad experience today. The employees are rude, especially the lady working at the register. She overcharged me and gave me an attitude on top. Customer service is ZERO. This place won't last long unless they fire these horrible employees and start fresh with people who can provide a better customer service.
This place is rude and unfriendly- from cook to register. Will never go there again. I am surprised they are still in business.

Shawarma is the most delicious here, cakes are also very tasty. Cashiers are not friendly, either work for a small salary, or people don’t tip them! But the food is delicious! Thank you !
Great food. Horrible service. We come to this place for several years since they opened. We love their shawarma, bread and hachapuri. HOWEVER, each time, I have to mentally prepare myself, my skin cringes... People they unbelievably rude... They make you feel invisible. They behave as you are a nuance and you are disturbing them... I just don't understand why people go to the service field with an attitude "I hate customers..." I'm writing this review, hoping they "wake up" and change the way they treat customers...
