I used to love this chain, but they've gone downhill across the board. First time at this location... My teriyaki chicken bowl was missing the chicken. They don't offer you a slice of bread with your bowl anymore. Any bowl substitutions cost extra... and no cups for water/ice.Ugh
Shroomami bowl was awesome! Sorry no pics. Also green tea was great.
Salads taste like your regular Sweetgreen. Staff is quite slow and seems disorganized and not motivated. They barely acknowledge the customer. I'm sure that Sweetgreen can give its workers incentives to do their jobs a bit better and pay them accordingly. Also, this new habit of putting the ticket (with ink and glue) into the bowl as they're making the salad bowl is gross. Why?!
Something is technologically broken at this location. Food from online orders is either done way too early, or it’s never done unless you remind them to make it. Food is good.

Do not order on seamless form this location. I ordered a cob salad. They gave me lettuce. Nothing else, just lettuce. I’m fuming and hungry and there’s no phone number that connects me to a person. Horrible. I understand mistakes happen but there has to be a way to reconcile said mistakes. If I can’t call how am I supposed to get a refund???

Great food, but horrible service. With the huge line in the store only 2 people are serving the line, while 5 are working on online orders and 4 doing prep work. They can do better, I'm sure
Love that I can download a detailed list of ingredients in all the dressings - important for food allergies. Good service and food.
I had a positive overall experience. The staff was very accommodating regarding explaining ingredients used, to address allergy concerns. My meal was very satisfying.
