Just walked in to the restaurant alone. It was mostly empty in an off-peak time. I was sat, I ordered and then was told I couldn’t sit in the restaurant because I didn’t spend enough money. I asked her how much I would’ve had to spend to be able to stay, and she told me $15. I spent $11. Totally unreasonable way to treat a guest.

Ive been coming here at least once a month for the past 3 years. the sushi is fresh, affordable & it’s a BYOB spot! as of recently I’ve been annoyed with the service, it’s been getting busy and there’s only one waitress and one cook. I waited over an hour for my food on a Monday night at 9pm. Is it worth it? Yes. Bring a bottle and enjoy the most affordable sushi spot in bushwick

The Gyoza and sushi was AMAZING!I highly recommend!

Alright here we go..Called ahead on Saturday at 5:00 p.m. to reserve a table for 2 people at 7p.m. I arrive at 6:57 and am seated by the woman who greets me, I tell her my friend is on her way. My friend arrives at 7:07p.m.My friend and I open two beer bottles of Stella Artoise to enjoy while we wait for our food. The woman comes and asks for our order: we order 1) Vegetarian Udon noodle soup 2) spicy tuna roll 3) Gyoza and tell her that is all we will order for now. The woman gets a bit distressed and explains to us we need to order more food to get to a minimum, before I'm even able to tell her what items I'd like to add to the order she runs to the phone and answers a call. The woman approaches us again and I go to ask her to add several things to our order and she says "after you finish your beer leave." My friend and I are both in absolute shock, I tried to explain to her I understand she wants us to order more than $15-20 worth of food and we are happy to order more. The woman walks away frustrated and we're both still in shock. A group of four people walk in and the woman comes up to us and tells us to leave right now.Neither my friend nor I were ever rude, we wore a mask upon entering and even asked if she wanted to see our vax cards and she didn't need to. I've never been treated so poorly anywhere after being kind and understanding.Take with this information what you will!

My favorite neighborhood restaurant. I call in and eat in here about 2x a month. The woman who runs the place is so kind and attentive to everyone who comes through!

I’ve had the California rolls, Shrimp Tempura rolls and the Philadelphia rolls (takeout). It is SO good!!! Everything taste so fresh. And really reasonably priced. Definitely one of my favorite places to order sushi in Bushwick.

This is such an awesome spot! The place itself is super cute and cozy. We ordered for pickup and it was really easy and well priced. You get so much fish for the price and the ingredients are super fresh. Everything was top tier. This is my new go-to sushi spot in the neighborhood!

I could give this place a zero star if I can. Please work on your service and stop paying people to post positive reviews! I was told this place is cash only after I finish my meal, which could have been told upfront and avoid all the hustle trying to find an ATM in the middle of no where. The food came in late and the egg in it was stale. Still the owner has the guts to ask me for a tip? I was too embarrassed to explain why I don’t feel like tipping. And for the girl nearby who was trying to teach people how to tip, please get your facts straight before you comment next time. There are literally so many other great restaurants in the neighborhood and please avoid this one at all cost.

Review for a busy Saturday night dine in dinner:Pros: all the dishes we had were beyond tasty, atmosphere feels quaint like an antique shop - homeCons: cash only, the space is very small with very few tables, service could be better, popular place so expect a wait for everythingOverall: will definitely order again but next time I would only order take out

Place smells like tiolets, service was very rude, eating while being stared down, overall very uncomfortable stinky experience. Was trying to give it one third of a star but i had to make a full one to comment. AND I FOUND A HAIR IN MY FOOD. disgusting.
