Terrible, terrible, terrible! I've been a loyal customer for years and today marked my last day ordering from Sunset Bagels. Not only has the service and quality of the food drastically declined since they opened, their staff are some of the rudest and most unprofessional individuals I have dealt with in a the food industry. Delivery takes forever and the food consistently arrives cold and soggy. I wouldn't bother if I were you, find somewhere else to order food.

UPDATE: I caught food poisoning from this place they’re food tasted so weird and disgusting. Don’t do it!!Got my order completely wrong and forgot my drink. I asked for no pickles and got like 20 pickles, Gave me the wrong cheese & put no Mayo I should’ve never ordered.

Food is decent, you will wait for it tho. If you order anything but a bagel expect a 15+ minute wait whether they’re busy or not. I’ve come here several times for a quick bite but if you’re going to charge 8 dollars for an average bacon egg and cheese at least don’t take 15 minutes to make it. God I hate how long this place takes, it had so much potential.

Order from here all the time. The past couple times my order has come late! I’m a teacher with only about 20 minutes to eat. I call ahead of time and give a delivery time. And they are ALWAYS still late! They definitely lost our business by the point. I was really trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong.

Used to really like this place! Great bagels and there’s a woman that’s on top of everything that typically working morning rush (she’s awesome!).Unfortunately today I came by today to get a Spicy BBQ Chicken Quesadilla today. This afternoon I’ve been suffering bad food poisoning. I called the store to let them know, just so the ingredients can be looked into or be aware in case others start to call them (which others may or may not). The manager at the time promptly said no, without even checking the ingredients or that it’s me consuming too much dairy, which I would know my body (I’ve never thrown up from cheese). There was no other resolution other than a dismissive “have a good day”. I would be cautious.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I placed a order for delivery @7pm. My job is 6blocks away walking and 3 mins driving. They told me 30mins for delivery however the delivery guy who works there came 1hr and 20mins later I refused the order because I don’t like cold food and they are very expensive. Why would I spend my money to be unsatisfied. He told me he would block my number if I don’t pay and called me a b*t*h and walked out. Extremely disrespectful and to mention I order from them numerous of times and tip them well and anytime I order after 7pm the food is always cold and nasty. The night cooks are horrible I would only recommend to eat from here in the morning. Customer service is horrible. I will never order from here again they treat a regular/ loyal customer like garbage.

My boyfriend and I went to get half a dozen plain bagels to go, a few weeks ago (we like to add our own cream chesese or butter in them). We told the lady (who was very rude and acting as if shes doing us a favor shes even working there) what kind of bagels we wanted, only to find she got most of them wrong.. (example. said plain- she gave us whole wheat) when we tried to add cream cheese to them and eat at home they were rock solid before and after lightly toasting them that we ended up throwing out all the bagels.. keep in mind half a dozen is very expensive so it was extremely frustrating.. (I get that the place rather sell the older bagels than the fresh ones but cmon..)I live near by so its a shame because i will not be coming back to this place anymore for overpriced for dry, rock solid, clearly non fresh bagels (that you can probably break someone's head with)

Great variety and the tastiest menu! These good people have fed us since the pandemic started and not once have we been disappointed. The food is wholesome and fresh and about as homemade as you can get without cooking yourself. The ONE thing I wish they would put on their menu...hotdogs. With so many other much more complicated delights like their panini and quesadillas, the simple, humble hotdog should be a no-brainer as an easy offering. I'll have four please. :-) Can't recommend Sunset Bagels enough. (I have no affiliation with this business or any relationship with the owners or with anyone who works there). Sunset Bagels used to be DECENT for breakfast sandwiches or late night stacking despite always being very over priced. In the last year the service has gone downhill. The order is often incorrect and they take FOREVER. Seems like no one cares about actually running this place. Avoid.

I eat here all the time, the guy working the phone at 1030pm today who stated (you don't need to know my name, I don't need to tell you anything) was very rude, hung up on my friend, and gave an attitude to us when we went in there, claiming there's no need to take it personal. Very unprofessional, him and the woman working the front who was laughing at the whole situation, the customer is always right, a simple sorry is all it would have took. Lost 2 customers today, good luck to those who go here.
