Worst store made order thru app at 1139 am at 1212 I’m still in store watching ten customers online get their order and walk by me as the workers continue to dance laugh and talk about their 4th of July weekend when asked they said they made wrong order then tell me they are missing something so I can get some shots or bullsh—-t
I come here after my early morning workout sessions. The staff here is so pleasant and nice! The music that plays is also great.Not too long of a wait considering they are freshly opened and are also taking care of mobile orders. Before I used to get a peach white tea lemonade (absolutely yummy but I could always feel the diabetes coming on lol) but now I primarily get the sandwiches for a post workout boost.I believe one time I bought 2 sandwiches and a large coffee which came a little over $16 - do this a few times in a week and it could easily reach over $50.Despite Starbucks being on the $$ side, I still prefer them over Dunkin' .
Service was good - coffee so so.....I have a Starbucks gift certificate I am trying to use up otherwise I would just stick to our homemade Bustelo coffee!
They move slow and will have you waiting on drink they you ordered ahead for a good 15 minutes and same for when you order in store they move like snails and others in the store feel the same way
I wish they'd play more cafe music. Like chill relaxing music. I be going there to study. They were playing dancehall and some hard percussion music over there instead of something relaxing. I get it... they have a young crew over there, but it almost felt like they wanted me to get by using music. And the music was really loud which emphasized the effect as well.Hopefully, they could adjust this to more slow instrumental lo fi music or something.
I was more impressed with the staff then the high priced coffee.lol Smh it's Starbucks folks ? ? k. Coffee and donut shop for folks who really like to waste ? ? ? ? ?.
When they have the items you request they're great... there's always an unreasonable wait time (I try to order in advance when the option is available, which is rarely)
My barista (don't remember his name) was very nice and patient with me I had multiple orders. My chestnut praline latte was ok it was a little on the bitter side the bacon gouda and egg delicious as usual.
The staff or lack of staff cud have been the issue... I waited 15 minutes for a Venti Pink Drink... wen I got it...it tasted like nothing. Watered down!!!Very suprised... Starbucks is usually on point with staff nd products. I will not return to this Georgetown location.
Always come here to get my hot chocolate. The service is pretty quick so its cool.
