This place has CONSISTENLY RUDE & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.I have been coming here for years and there seems to be new management with some very new Rude staff over the past year or so, also not taking my order properly and being rude when I ask for a correction.There are some baristas that have been here over the last several years who provide good service and who are courteous. I watched in disbelief as a customer was mocked while ordering, all while a line was forking behind them.I was mortified! Im going someplace else.

Usually when we come here it’s a calm experience but maybe it was an off day. Customer service needs some improvement, my bf & I ordered 2 drinks, mine came out 1st but the barista spilled my bf’s drink while making it so we waited patiently, I went to wait for the drink & he took 10 mins just to clean up the mess, not once did he acknowledge me standing there even though I made eye contact. I wanted to see how long it would take for someone to say something to me. Until finally the other barista who took my order asked me what I was waiting for & I told her & she made the drink right away & gave a bigger size for the wait which was very nice. But that other barista I think his name was Joe looked miserable & like he hated his job. They need more staff on hand but it’s a nice looking location lots of space inside.

Went there for a online mobile order, waited 30 minutes and when I asked the barista about my online order, I got a rude response. Then was totally ignored for another 30 minutes, while everyone else was getting their drinks. Didn’t even bother asking me what my order was. Another 30 minutes later, another barista helped me with my order. Horrible experience, will not go here again.

I don’t care what any of these negative reviews say this is by far the best Starbucks in the area. They have the friendliest staff and I’ve never waited super long to get any order. All of the staff is always in a friendly mood even when I’m sure they deal with some real tools on a daily basis. This place is the best and above all their honest many times I’ve been to the Starbucks on 18th Ave. and 65th St. which is far closer to my house than this one and it seems every time I go there my drink is always messed up or every time I order a refresher they never put the fruit inside then when I bring it up they always say oh we’re out of it which is something that obviously you should share with the customer before ordering but I’ve never had issues in this place

the barista packing up stuff at the corner is very rude to me, I order pickup on the app for the first time and I see the instruction told me to show the barista the name for pickup, i went up and ask the cashier that's very nice to me and telling me to walk down to the back looking for my order, then i ask the girl for my order and she said she can't hear me, I understand that is very noisy inside, so I show her my phone for the order, and she look at the table, there's a drink on the table wich is my order, she roll her eyes and shake her head directly to me in front of three people, how rude, how hard is to telling me the drink on the table is mine, how hard? I don't understand, and the people sees this was in shock, why is she do that to the customer. please train your staff before they serve the customer. she didn't even said anything or either passe me the drink just stood there like she's the boss, then i get my drink directly walk out the store, NOT COMING BACK AGAIN.

They definitely need a better manager, drinks come out super slow and did not follow request at all, ask for light ice and still give me 2/3 of ice. Keep looking at recipe books, please sent someone qualified to help them.

This is my favorite Starbucks and it happens to be close to home. After Covid the wait may have gotten longer but the drinks taste just as good. A little patience will be well rewarded.

Starbucks store #13983 in south Brooklyn NY is a prime example of what terrible customer service is. When ever I visit this location I have to wait in line for long period of time not because there are a lot of customers but because the Barista wants to do every other job in the store expect take customer orders. I order a venti pike roast today and was informed the price was $3.54. I haven't been to Starbucks in a while and due to inflation it would be safe to think the prices of coffee increased, I don't know. I paid and asked for the receipt and the Barista got an attitude with me as if I was disturbing him by asking for my receipt. I am done going to this location. HORRIBLE experience.

I’m on line and no one has helped me. They take forever to assist one person while everyone stands around on there phone. This is not the first time this is happened to me,Poor customer service. Poor experience I had to ask for my sugar I had to ask for milk in my coffee repeatedly. I won’t come back here really makes me question whether I wanna support Starbucks at all anymore !!!!!!! $3 plus for a coffee I should get excellent service . This is Poor hospitality
