If I ever go to get a drink, I always pass by this starbucks. The flavor of the drink is fine it’s just at times they add way too much ice. If you compare the ice to the amount of drink they gave you it’s nothing. Once I ordered for light ice, and they gave me ice all the way to the top of my drink. This wasn’t the first time this happened. The workers really need to pay attention to what you order, but otherwise it’s good. Just way too much ice. Just make sure to ask for light ice they add wayyyy to much.
Order the same thing and get different drinks everyday. Paid extra for the cold foam and got like half a cup of my coffee and one sip of cold foam. Paid 7 dollars for a half of a grande cup with cold foam included. Getting more and more disappointed with this place. Is there a manager in charge???
I love this location, they’re all so friendly & always remember my name lol, & the drinks are always done well! No complaints. I always get a matcha Frappuccino, either with coconut milk or regular & my boyfriend gets either the mocha cookie crumble frappe wt caramel drizzle or the caramel ribbon crunch(not pictured below)
It’s freezing in here. Please take into consideration customers open the door every 10 seconds, pump up the heater a little bit. ??♀️Everything else is fine. The guys are very nice, and even though the place is small, I always find a place to sit and relax.
It's a very small store and the lines are long. There was way too many people inside. I watched them make my Frappuccino, and it looked like they used a dirty pitcher! What's even worse, was that they didn't fill it up to the top, and they threw out the rest of the drink into the sink. Since I didn't get whip cream, you can see it was filled up 2/3 of the way. When I questioned the person that handed me my drink why was it not filled to the top, she replied that's the recipe. "If you want more, order a larger size." Is that why they add the whip cream? To hide the fact you get little drink? Waited forever for them to warm up my pastries. It takes more work to make a drink, not to heat up food. Not a well run store.
Got my free birthday drink. Try something different. Mixed coffee and fruits together with milk.
Completely walked away (unknowingly I don’t even like the pastries) with 2 warmed cheese danishes Literally only because the woman who gave me my order ran from me ? theirs no other way to describe it but that . Meanwhile the 2 Jewish guys next to me we’re offered a new drink if it was too milky and on and on …You get my picture..I feel most Buisness in this area caters to Europeans ??♀️ if you look like me don’t expect muchOn too the drink it looks nothing like the picture but it’s ok in taste

The baristas are so sweet and friendly! Esty is the nicest one and always tells me to have a great day, she’s the best barista that has worked at this location in all the years I’ve been going here.
Mobile orders are quick but after a dozen + attempts (I live a few blocks away), I’ve yet to receive the order that I ask for. That’s annoying.
