Great place, I get my coffee from Starbucks, I have tried Dunkin Donuts, nothing beats Starbucks!
Poor customer service. Calvin here told me that whip cream is not free on my iced caramel coffee and when told by the cashier that I paid for it did not even apologized.Terrible experience. I will still buy my coffee but not from this location.

Poor customer service. I asked just to toss tea bag so it would not get too dark, while I was waiting for the food to be warmed up. He splashed my tea all over the place and put the lid face down on a dirty counter and was super unhappy when I asked to male me another cup of tea. He dropped wet tea bag on the counter and out it in my tea, thinking I didn't see it. Just pathetic! Customer service is deteriorating just as much as coffee
great location, cozy coffee shop, plenty of space for people in line. seating is also available. smells clean and delicious.
The place is full of people sitting around with no masks, but you can’t even get served to-go without one. Karens still drinking the cool-aid
Hot coffee not hot at all, just warm. Please make sure hot coffee is always HOT. That’s a minimum requirement for a coffee shop.
I ordered three grande holiday drinks through Uber Eat on the morning when the Red Cup came out. When I received my Uber Eat delivery there was no red cups. I am quite disappointed. I really want my money back as these holiday drinks aren’t cheap. Plus I read an article saying that delivery also works so I don’t understand why I didn’t get even a single red cup. I hope next year this Starbucks store will be more prepared for the holiday red cups.
