This place is slow, some staffers are rude, and my drink had LITERALLY no flavour as if i was drinking water. Ya'll gotta step up your game
The prices went up again, and they are still out of stock on some items. Which means you can order certain drinks. The lines and wait is long. It looks like they prioritize mobile orders. Everyone that ordered in person were waiting a long time. The staff seemed to be happy and chatting with each other. Not sure if they need more help, or they should focus on working.I will Definitely will do mobile next time. The only reason I didn't do it, was because I was afraid if my items were not available, that I would be given a substitute. Which was happened before.
I’m done with this place! The manager should do something. So this is what you get when you ask for a venti cup with no ice?! The cup is literally half empty! Every day at this place I get the same order yet every day it looks totally different than the previous one. I’m very nice with the workers but I don’t get the stinginess. It’s not like I’m taking it for free! I’m paying for my purchase so why can’t you give me what I want exactly?!

Wish they had asked about milk options since my brother's hot chocolate was used with skim or 2% percent milk, but otherwise, service was great.
The best coffee they make. I love it. No other location make it ad they do.
Friendly polite employees, clean and excellent service. Always a delicious fresh cup of coffee and good quick bites. My favorite the spinach and feta wrap and a must have pumpkin latte. Egg whites are good (a little too much butter), oatmeal is perfect.
