Ordered on UberEats and waited an hour for a coffee and butter croissant. Finally received my order and the coffee was cold and I got an EMPTY bag with the sticker for a butter croissant. Being that I had called to find out what was going on with the order, a seasoned hospitality worker would say they were out of an item and dumped the cold coffee and replaced it. They blamed everything on Uber. Can't blame lack of common courtesy and sense on someone else.
I have an issue every time I go to this Starbucks, they almost never fill up my drink to the top of the rim. There’s always at least 2 to 3 inches worth of empty space that they don’t fill. I’m sorry, but if I’m about to pay seven dollars for a drink the least you can do is fill up my drink. I asked one of the barista‘s to darken my iced coffee a little bit because it was too light, so she instead emptied out some of my coffee to add a little more coffee to darken the coffee, rather than adding coffee to darken my drink. She wanted to make sure I wasn’t asking for darker coffee to fill up the 2 to 3 inches that were empty on the top of the cup. Ridiculous.
This location has gone down hill very quickly. I had to stop coming here when I found out Kass didn’t work there anymore. She made every experience special. Honestly they should’ve worked harder to keep her. A shame!!!! ?
This coffee shop is my favorite ! Not only is the coffee good but the customer service even better ! I really like this place because it has a good ambiance and not always too crowded for a busy area. The coffee and pastries that they had were so fresh and delicious. The barista Kass was so friendly, a great help and pleasant to talk with.
Kass is hands down the best barista at this location. Constantly making conversation and greeting customers while working at such a busy location. She also makes the best drinks, 10/10 !
Kass was literally the nicest. Said hi when I walked in and took my order and made my drink delicious! Definitely will go back to this location just because of this service!
