While I don't care for their overpriced swill, I have to frequent Starbucks for little business meetings. I don't know what's up with the very loud music lately at this branch. It is very loud for a coffee shop. I asked one of the staff about this and one of them said that they can't hear it and it wasn't loud. I don't know what type of gaslighting that was. I think they have the music over a certain decibel so that patrons don't sit there. Other than the reduced amount of chairs and no bathroom, the high distasteful music was the last straw. This is no longer a coffee shop.

This is a neighborhood Starbucks seating is available but limited. Usually taken by the older gentlemen in the neighborhood. It can get crowded but moves quickly. Has items for purchase usually up to date merch also limited selection. Has cold food that's shared with cold drink in small fridge under display case also small compared to other Starbucks. I find the works always polite but never happy go lucky not sad either.i try and sometimes make them smile but they work hard in this neighborhood. They are never nasty and always helpful. So thanks for that. Great for a quick fix.

I love this Starbucks location! They always get your order right! And don’t have an attitude like the other locations!

Order ahead is the biggest piece of advice I can give you in any location. When I order in person wait is always long, but again that is just a Starbucks thing. They are a popular chain and will always be busy..so order ahead on the app! Collect the stars get free drinks! It's in the busy part of this Neighborhood. Store itself if often a bit dirty and customer service I would say is average. Sometimes you get a super friendly barista sometimes not. I will keep coming back here. Drinks and food are always great no complaints there, and although Starbucks is suppose to be a full thing I just want my $6 latte to taste right!

This Starbucks has a mean, rude African-American woman working there who gets her kicks treating elderly people like garbage. The second she sees my 70-something mother she gets her power trip screaming at my mother to "GET OUT" like she was garbage. My mother was so embarrassed as all the costumers quieted down and stared but ofcourse the attention is what this woman wants. My mother's sin:Not having a vax card (her doctors advised her against getting vaccine shots because of her weak heart). Then after humiliating my mother back to the freezing cold she laughs and walks away like she is Howard Schultz. But the unvaxxed 30-somethings that she pals around with can sit there all day (my mother knows them and they are proudly unvaxxed). She is why as someone vaccinated I avoid going there until the one day in the week she is off.Her aggressive power trips are very off-putting for a paying costumer. She doesn't do the checks quietly and politely but like she is the center of the universe.I doubt that she is even vaccinated. It is all a pathetic power trip at the expense of costumers.

Spacious location great for unwinding or relaxing. Will return whenever in the area. I recommend this location for others who need to study.

Great coffee, unfortunately the customer service is beginning to lack in this specific Starbucks.

This Starbucks location is violating basic human rights. I'm going to Starbucks a lot and today a rude lady refused to serve me cause I didn't have a mask while the whole foking city has like 300 boosters already and the people inside who got served already had no mask so what's the point to be a fascist? What was the problem to tell me ok we will serve u today but next time wear it if you changed your policy again I was on the line for 10 minutes all that time and I didn't have a mask? so that's not a problem? They basically discriminate against people based on nothing. I didn't tell anything to the lady, I told her to thank you and I left after she refused to serve me cause I told her I forgot my fokin mask.

Cleanest Starbucks ever! ? Detour from my usual location. 1st attempt they opened an hour late on a weekday morning. 2nd attempt: ordered ahead and had a short wait for my purchase. Guess 2nd time really is a charm.

Medical apartheid! This Starbucks refused to serve a young woman who had no mask and her server asked to see her vaccine card-which is a violation of HIPA laws! This is medical discrimination and should not be tolerated by any freedom loving Americans. Absolutely despicable! I will never set foot in this StarYucks again!
