I’m a frequent visitor to this location due to its drive thru convenience during the morning commute. I drive by every weekday morning around 6-6:30 am and it’s usually such a pleasure, but the last few visits have been disappointing to say the least.Today in particular, the woman taking care of drive thru was incredibly inattentive to customers. The car in front of me seemed to be waiting for someone’s attention after a problem with her order but nobody came and so she left after a while. I pulled up and got my order but wanted the drink remade because the latte looked dark and it tasted way too bitter. For 5 minutes the drive thru window was ignored after she scanned my phone for payment and didn’t give me a chance to speak to her.When she finally comes back she looks dead and irritated that I’m still at the window and when I ask if she could fix the drink she says I’ll just give you a cup of milk instead of making a new drink or fixing the drink inside.Because I’m so hands free while driving I was so delighted to receive a cup of milk to dilute my coffee instead of having it made correctly in the first place.I don’t think I’ll continue my morning visits to this location if this is the new normal. The usually nice and pleasant employees for the morning shift haven’t been around lately and todays barista at the drive thru has completely turned me off from spending any more money here.The drive thru here can be quick or excruciatingly slow. The lane for it is also super tight and there’s a huge pothole in the middle. You have to navigate carefully and watch your angles or you’ll get stuck or worse hit your car.The parking spaces are too close to the drive thru path and make it difficult to park and leave if the drive thru line is long. The whole layout of this space is poorly designed and inefficient as a whole. Many inconsiderate customers will also park directly in front of the doors forcing drive thru customers to wait for them since it’s too tight a fit to go around without hitting the parked cars in the designated spots.
On a regular I look forward to my one day off per week…where I do the drive through and enjoy my order. However, today is a total let down and disappointment! My order was wrong and secondly it’s like someone just pour hot dirty water in the cups: no taste and no flavor! I was already driving down king’s Highway and refuse to turn back! Disappointed! What went wrong?

Unsure what is up.Edit- Nov 3Walked in made a 10 dollar order.He takes my order, makes my drink and I hand him a 50.They didn't have change.The only reason I went to Starbucks is because unlike dunkin they don't have a sighn that they don't have change.This place is run by inefficient unprofessional people.
Went Through The Drive Through It Was Pretty Busy But They Moved At A Good Rate Barista Was Very Nice I Tried One Of Their New Holiday Drink Which Was Amazing Of Course

☹️☹️☹️ my old store. i now drive to georgetown. this store gets really busy in the mornings so it’s understandable. it’s not like they’re standing around. BUT i skip the espresso drink in the morning (bc it’s busy) and get a dark roast w white mocha and oat milk. & most times i leave disappointed
#Carla is a great rep. She is caring and caters to the customers. This location attempts to move swiftly and accurately.
