One would expect that a Starbucks in busy Brooklyn to be great. I found the average Starbucks in Bangalore, Shanghai and other places outside the US to be 1000% better than their US operations.
50% of the the time coffee is warm. I my self like a hot coffee so money wasted so no tip. I only get to drink half the cup. Worker's are nice but for one who's always on her cell phone maybe if she pay more attention to the coffee my coffee wouldn't be just warm.

I love Starbucks and I usually come to this Starbucks is on 4 ave and 11 st because it’s close from my job and I love to buy cake pods but today I have a very bad experience with one crew when I ask her can I pls have my pods in a separate bags she give me a attitude and she take the bags from me mad ruff and when she give me back she trow then out at the counter like that’s un profesional the ladie name its Annie a Asian girl pls I hope you can talk to her like I really love to enjoy my starburst especially here
